can mobile speed camera legally take the camera out of the van and hide at the side of the road?
I was drivingin to pick my girl friend from work and noticed 2 men still against a wall under a over hanging tree with a video camera, so i checked and they were a mobile speed camera. They left the van roudn the corner got out and walked to the next road with the camera. so my question is can i be done if I was speeding?
