  • Spousal visa for a Thai citizen.?

I want to marry my girlfriend who is Thai and get her a visa to stay here permanently. She currently is in the US on a student visa working on her masters degree.

I have been researching this topic and process and see that the first step is to fill out the USCIS I-130 form. My question is: if my girlfriend is legally here on a student visa, would she have to go back to Thailand during the visa process?

  • cystic acne question?

have been dealing with acne since my early teens and am now in my early 20s. i take a daily antibiotic and wash twice a day with prescription face wash. but lately i've been experiencing some cystic acne and its usually on my nose. needless to say its painful and not very attractive either. i have taken accutane in the past and it didnt cooperate with my body so that didn't work. my question is... is there anything over the counter that i can use to lessen the life of cystic blemishes? a cream i can put on when i see one coming...anything that will help? thanks in advance.
