The past few years my grandfather and I have been taking care of his wife (my grandma), who was diagnosed with Dementia in 2005. As his support, I come by almost every week to assist my grandfather with her meals, meds, clothing and clean-up. My grandfather was discussing with me to research a home care agency here in Chicago. There are some many agencies out there and I do not know which one that could be creditable 0_0. I am in need of support...

I just do not want to choose a agency that has a bad track record of their home aides mistreating their elderly clients..

I noticed this small red spot on the inside of my mouth the day after my gallbladder surgery. The small red bump is located on the inside of my bottom grill of my teeth. I thought it might go away after a couple of days, but now it has grew large in size. When I touch it with my tongue it does hurt a little but my teeth are fine. They do not ache but I am curious...could it be a infection or just a bump inside my gums?

My brother has a spinal condition called Scoliosis. His doctor told him that he would have to have surgery as soon as possible before the curve in his spinal gets worse. My brother told me that the surgeon who is going to perform the surgery on his spine is going to use bones from a cadaver. The cadaver bones are going to replace the disks (bones) that are damaged. My mother was upset about the news and told my brother that his uncle had neck surgery recently. The surgeon used cadaver bones to replace a certain section of bones in his neck. After the surgery he has not been the same since.

I remember last month I was a watching a UFC match on spike TV. One of the fighters had a serve back injury and out for months. He advertised a company called Proflex ( I believe that is the name, but I am not sure) on his shorts. After he won the fight, he begin talking about the company and how they design this device to replace a disk in his back.

I remember they first came out I believe back in 2006. They had a music video on MTV. The video was unique and unusual. The band was playing inside this house. In the video there we're two children a ballerina (girl) and boy who was doing gymnastics. Also there we're two adults, they we're some weird looking folks.

My daughter is 15 months old. Her nose has been runny for the past three weeks or so. I believe she has hay fever because the (snot) mucus is yellowish and sometimes alittle bit green. I do my best to clean her nose and basically comfort her with her allergies. I thought about buying a over the counter allergy medicine for her but I am afraid it might make her too dorsy or even worse. I scheduled a doctor's appointment for her but it is until May 3rd and I want her to be free of her allergies.

This would be my very first interview for a teaching position. I have taught individuals own my own how to draw and paint. At my previous job I was an senior apprentice and I would help my teacher with students who needed assistance in painting or drawing.

I already know some of the basic questions the interviewer will ask: Have I teached before? How long I have been drawing and painting? But should I also bring samples of my work as well? Will my exprience be enough for the position?

I am designing a tattoo for a client of mines. For the past two weeks I have trying to find websites or people who specialize in writing Egyptian Hieroglyphics, but I had no luck. My client wants her first name and her life story in hieroglyphics. The design has to be done in six weeks! Help!

About around eight o'clock at night she drank a 4oz bottle of formula. Around 11:14 she started throwing up. So far she threw up twice. I tried to give her pedialyte but she would not drink it. Does she has the 24 hour stomach flu or was she just too full?

I searched endlessly on the internet for a manufacturer who specializes in rubber materials. I could not find no manufacturer here in the Chicagoland area. Some of the them here specializes in arcylic, steel and other solid materials. I need rubber material because it is durable, it bends and stretches. The reason why I am searching for a rubber manfacturer is to create and mold my prototype of a child safety device that I have recently received a patent for. The child safety device has to be flexiable and has alittle stretch to be applied around cabinet handles. Please help!

Recently I saw the movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. The lead character Cloud is amazing and very skilled with his swords. The guy has a edge and could go up against anyone. Samanosuke Akechi from Onimusha is sick! He kicks a#$ too! He has battle many demons and saved the world countless times from Nobunaga Oda. In a exhibition match, who do you think would come on top Cloud or Samanosuke?

Recently, my husband saw on primetime spanish news a young lady who was twenty years old being interviewed by a reporter. He told me that the young lady already has six children. My husband explained to me that she had triplets everytime she gave birth. She told reporters that she planning on giving birth to six more. This girl wants twelve Children! I know people mold their own destiny,but this girl wants twelve kids! Help Me Out Here People!

She is also on welfare.

She told the reporter that she loves children and she babysitted for people. Children grow up pretty fast and then all of sudden they start asking you money and giving you back talk!

There were a couple of fighters kicked off the show for creating drama and just being plain stupid. Then you have the other fighters who are working there a**es off on the show and training with the best. Who you think is gonna win and why?

The United States has experienced alot of events for the past couple of years. I would name all the events but there are so many and it has affect our government especially the citizens in many different ways.

In Lord of The Rings 2 Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas we're assisting the soldiers at Helm's Deep Castle. They were using guerrilla style tactics against the orge army. They killed as many as they can before the castle door was broken down. Also still fighting them until Gandalf came with the rest of the cavalry to finish them off. Now, I would like you to replace the orge army with King Leonidas and the 300 spartans. What would King Leonidas would of done differently? What would be his stratgeries to penetrate Helm's Deep Castle?

My favorite period in art history is the baroque period. Artists and sculptors from that time period each had unique styles. They created beautiful but yet bold works of art. They we're all great at depicting the human form in each of their paintings and sculptures. My favorite artist of that period is Bernini. I like his sculpture "The Rape Of Proserpina". Bernini's sculpture is so life like because of the many details he applied in the sculpture.

I am designing a line of t-shirts. I want to make atleast three silk screen frames from three designs I recently drawn. I am trying to find materials on the internet on how to make them, but I keep running into those heavy silkscreen machines.
