My bf is getting his license on Thursday! Or attempting to.. Haha any tips for him?

Got a ticket for driving without a license and it went to collections. I had no job at tha time and now I have a part time job. I'm 18 and never got a ticket before and couldn't pay it before but missed my court date because I was in another city unable to get to the courthouse. WHAT DO I DO???? It says I have to pay 1300!! Is there any way I can get it reduced or anything?

I need to be nicer and do more things for him? Any ideas?

Then recently I found out he has been talking to 2 other girls!! Telling one of them ' I love you' and **** like 'u should come visit me at work' etc..
