I'm seventeen and a majorly competitive swimmer(breastroker). The Sr Sectional meet is a week from now, state a week after that and two weeks later I'll go to Jr Nationals in CA. I am aiming for sr national and olympic trial cuts. any tips/suggestions on how to prepare. tapering tips for breastrokers, diet tips, resting tips. suggests on how to do my best the day of the meet and how to mentally prepare before racing and how to I fuel while at the meet? I am very nervous but have high expectations. Confident one day but not the next. help please! thank you

we are going next may for graduation gifts. we have 2 grandparents, 4 adults(parents, 21 and 18y.o. girls) and a 13y.o. boy. we know the tickets we want will be about $1950. we dont want a to do a value resort and we are open to the coronado moderate resort but we really would like some nice and modern looking, not too childish or cheap looking. we dont want to spend more than 7000 for the whole trip. tickets plus hotel and want to get it as low as possible. we can get two rooms at a resort or get a villa. any suggestions for us? we are pretty open to location.

I recently spilt a liquid on my ipod and cannot get it to turn off/on or pause. I primarily use my ipod while running and dancing. I have a ipod classic right now. i love it but i dont want to spend too much money to replace it. I am thinking I will get a refurbished nano or touch. I would also like to find a previous generation nano the has the wheel. one of my favourite parts of my nano; so i can constantly adjust volume. (habit). which one of these ipods would be the best for me. I love the touch screen thing and would love all the apps and wifi of the touch but is it to big for being really active with it. a like the new nano cause it's small and has a clip but is it too small for what im use to? please help me decide. thanks!

Im interested in studying abroad from a trimester or summer program in australia or italy. I am a year round swimmer and next year ill be signing with a college to swim so i have to keep it up. is there a program that can set me up with a swim family?

We are planning a Disney World trip in May of 2012 to celebrate 2 graduations. My sister will be graduating from Georgia Tech and i will be graduating high school. It'll be us two girls, mom and dad, our 13 year old brother and 2 grandparents. We are wanting to stay somewhere very nice preferably where there is a beach, but thats not manditory. we have look at the Coronado resort then the deluxe resort and villas. we dont want to spend too much preferably under $7000 for all of us(including tickets). we would like there to atleast be a refrigerator in the room. We can do one big room (villa or suite) or get two separate room. We also want some with a room view of something other than a parking lot or obstructed view(i know many resort have rooms at better prices with those views and thats not what we want).What might be the best option for us?

I have a large(double quarter size) on the outside of my upper thigh. I have had it there for about 4 years. i have tried almost everything to get it removed. it is very painful and gets much bigger when working out, which is often. i have gotten massages, rub downs, done biofreeze, trigger points. i cant think of anything else todo and there doesnt seem to be much hope for it. what else can i do? i must get it removed, its painful and visibly noticably. can i get it surgically removed?

I'm an older teen aspiring to be a fashion designer. I want to purchase a sewing machine to make my clothes. I dont want to pay more than $100 bc this will be a start thing to make sure this is what i want to do. but it needs to have everything i need to sew my clothing like i need. what brands/machines should i look into?

I am starting a fashion line. It will contain mostly swimwear, but I will have shirts, sundresses, shorts and other fun clothing. I want to have somewhat of a short, down to the point name. It should be original, something I can put somewhere on the clothing. I'm 17 and a swimmer that like cute, comfortable clothing but very stylish(nothing crazy). thats how my line will be. I want to transfer my ringtones to my new phone. can i do that? i can get into the files on Bluetooth, but then i get to the file that says 'SDSounds and that is where my ringtones, im guessing but then i click on it and ut says ' files browings failed. check the status of the server.' everything is go tho. nothing wrong or off b/c i was able to get pictures from another file. i cannot go into ringtones and do anything there.

Im a sophmore in high school and am seriously considering getting a Macbook. I really dont want to spend more than $1200 because I will be paying it with my own money. I just do not know if I should get a Macbook or Macbook Pro. Screen size doesnt matter to me. recently installed itunes 9 w/ all requirements and everything. now when i try to open itunes i get error messages saying "the procedure entry point sqlite3_prepare_v2 could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll." then another box saying " Itunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall itunes.

i have reinstalled it several times, done windows updates(like they told me @ apple), removed program, then reinstalled it, plugged ipod in. nothing has worked! please please please help me!!! thanks in advance

i am a high school student, homeschooled and school is very important to me so i work really hard on it and spend lots of time writing paper and researching stuff. but i travel around the country a lot with my swimming and that why i need a laptop! im not really concerned bout the price but i want something very reliable, webcam, 12" to 15" screen, can hold lots and lots of photos and music, descent battery life, and i can watch movies. thanks for your help
