When wet felting using a machine, why do you stop the machine before it spins?
Every article on wet felting I've seen says to take the article out of the washing machine before it spins. Why is that? I thought spinning would help the felting process.

7 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoWhy do they produce child-proof cigarette lighters?
Cigarettes attack the user's health, so it follows that a lot of smokers are weak, with little lung capacity, have poor circulation and are not as dexterous as say, your average 6 year old. So why on earth are lighters developed that need strength and dexterity to use? If a child is going to burn down their house I'm sure they could do it just as easily with (non-childproof) matches!
