ok so i have been poorly for a while now. 2 months ago i had a really light period they are normally heavy but i only spotted for 2 days. i am on the pill but i had missed some so i did a test and it was negative so the doc told me to wait 2 weeks and test again but tyo stay off the pill so i did and it was negative this is when the pains started lower left side tummy pain to the point where i was in tears, they told me i had ibs and to start the pill again so i did 4 weeks later of this horrible pain and my pill free week starts 4 days into it i had really light bleeding the next day i had an abdominal scan to check for the cause of my pain. all he said was that my ovaries were closer to the surface than usual and one was twice the size of the other. the scan was really painfull i felt so bruised he pressed really hard. the next morning my bleeding was heavy the cramos were like nothing i ever had before i went loo and sory for the tmi but i passed this grey lumpy stretchy tissue with all i can describe as a deflated bag attatched to it the pain virtually stopped immediately after it then gradually slowed down and the bleeding stopped.

Can anyone shed any light onto this i still have the lower left pain constantly it is starting to affect my life

I missed the last 2 pills of my last packet i had my 7 day break and started my new pack on the day i started i began a 7 day course of antibiotics which i was told to take extra precautions so i did but they never mentioned the 7 days after also needed extra protection i had sex on day 11 with my husband and i missed that days pill and the next 2 as soon as i realised i took them all...2 days ago i had some light pink when i went to the loo and have had some today.

I still have 3 pills left what do you guys think i am really crampy and very tired

Hi 5 days ago i was 15 stone today i am 14 stone 2lb i put on 4 stone during my 3rd pregnancy he is 4 months old now and i still have the weight i dont lay around doing nothing i am constantly on the go and never have the time for a meal myself as all 3 are under 5 and i am at college too. So i was snacking on chocolate and crisps and bread etc etc. Anyway 5 days ago i changed my diet can youy take a look and tell me how much weight you think i could loose in the next month. i am 5t foot 7 and i was eating around 3000 calories a day.

Ryvita bread dry and cup of tea for breakfast: only have ryvita if really hungry

tin of tomatoes and 2 rounds of toast for lunch.....no marg/butter

I have had enough now and i judt dont know what to do..... its not always bad its often good but its on a daily basis now i can tell when he is in a mood and it makes me feel sickhere is an example this just happened. Everything was fine untill he couldnt find my sons trainers he went mad throwing everything out of the cupboard so i said calm down they are there you just cant see them so he started shouting and swearing and bouncing around telling me to go get them so i went to look and then i realised.....they wernt there i must have left them at school as he uses them for pe i felt this dread come over me then i walked in the lounge and said i must have left them at school so there he is up in my face shouting and swearing at me again kicking stuff and throwong things he broke the mop bucket water everywhere told me to f off slammed the door and gone.....i feel like i walk on eggshells constantly i have 3 small children and i do everything for them i have a 4 month old who still dosnt sleep through the night and i havnt had a single night or early morning off because he gets grumpy henhe is tired so its easier to do it myself i dont know what to do

Bet you all saw the question and have clicked on ready to have a go at me ......well listen first. My son is 16 weeks old weighs 18lb this is whats happening. For a few weeks now he has been refusing feeds ( formula ) the doc checked him said he is fine and to carry on as i am. it is getting ridiculous he screams for a bottle then after a couple of sips he refuses it i have tried calpol teething gel syringing it in you name it i have tried it. the only way he will eat is if i get him to sleep and sneak his dummy out and replace with a bottle. so i saw my hv had him weighed and his weight has plateued (not sure about spelling) he constanly eating his hands so anyway shesaid to start to wean him he has lost his tongue reflex but as soon as the food is in his mouth he gags and sicks up everything he has eaten all day i dont know what to do please help this is my 3rd and i am completely baffled

Ok so my youngest is almost 14 weeks old. He is not sleeping throught the night at all. He sometimes has 40 oz a day and sometimes has 10 oz he has started to refuse his bottle after a couple of oz and he is really stressing over it and so am i its getting ridiculous because he is hungry..... through desperation yesterday lunchtime after an hour of trying to syringe his milk into his mouth i tried it off a spoon and blow me he ate it. So i tried some baby rice it was the tiniest amount and he ate it. Now i dont know what to do i know he is young for weaning and i would rather not but iam just at a loss any ideas guys??!

Hi, My 9 week old is driving me insane. He is my 3rd baby. This is whats happening. He has some play time at 6 then when he has had enough around 20 mins he has a bath, bottle and bed He wont have more than 4 oz ( this is going fine he falls asleep by himself) Then when i go to bed between 10-11 i feed him he usually has between 2-4 oz and he has alittle cuddle untill he is drowsy and then back to bed but....... this can be 1am 2am or 3am he wakes crying for me if i hold him he will go to sleep if i try to put him down he wakes up i try to feed him he has like 1 maybe 2 oz and then wakes again around 4 fusses loads and then i get up with him around 6am My dilema is he obviously dosnt need any milk?????????????? so what do i do. Let him cry???! i find that hard what would you do should i not try to feed him in the night atall??????????

I have all 3 kids down with the most chesty cough i have heard. the older ones are ok...ish because i can give them medicine. I have just put the tiniest amount of Karvol on babys chest now i am wondering if i shouldnt it says from 3 months old. Will it be ok if not do you know why?

Is it safe for me to put my 5 week old baby to bed in crib in my room after his 6 oclockbath and feed alone untill i go to bed later??!! i will have a monitor on and doors open so i can hear him and will check on him often too. He is a good weight i dont smoke ,never have and obviously no one smokes around him. he has a sleeping bag that fits well with his feet at the bottom of his crib i also have a room thermometer to keep an eye on temperature. This is my 3rd and i am more and more over protective and nervous with each baby but i need to be able to get on withjobs as he wakes at EVERY single noise and with a 2 year old and 5 year old ( and a husbabnd who is pretty loud lol) i think he would benefit from this but i am sooooo petrified about sids/ cot death that i am not sure what to do. he is 5 weeks and 2 days old today

To put 5 week old baby to sleep in his crib upstairs in my room after a bath and bottle on hbis own with the monitor on whilst i come downstairs and get on with jobs and other kids etc.

My house is madness at 6 with the other 2 and he just cant settle down he is not the best sleeper either so thinking maybe a proper routine would help. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

This is baby no.3 and he is a lot fussier than the other 2 were so i am wantingto establish a good night time routine as he is waking constantly and needs to fall asleep with me before i put him down only for him to wake minutes later.

What i want to know is at what age did you leave baby asleep upstairs whilst you were downstairs I want to bath him and feed him in bedroom and put him to bed but obviously i cant stay in bed from 7 as like you all with 3 small children thats when you get all the jobs done lol he is 5 weeks old on thursday any advice would be apreciated also if anyone has got a baby like this what do you do when they wake at night and wont go back in their crib

Hi i will be 40 + 6 on thursday and i have an induction booked due to his size. I was induced with my 1st so i know what to expect but was wondering if anyone out there was induced with their 3rd my 2nd labour was natural and fairly quick. I have had a show and am having a stretch and sweep tommorrow

Hey everyone i know this is my 3rd so i shouldnt be so scared should i? my 1st was induced 14 days late my 2nd came on his own 2 days late but i had shoulder dystocia he was 9lb 7oz This baby was 8lb 1oz 3 weeks ago at 37 + 4 i have measured well over they even stoppped measuring me i measured 41 weeks at 36 weeks. I am so scared that the longer this baby stays in the bigger it is getting and then the same thing will happen again. Am i overreacting??????? i have a checkup with the midwife tommorrow..i know how long inductions are and i really done want to go through that again but i am so scared i dont know what to do. I have been in pain for weeks now painfull contractions that just stop after hours of having them regularly i also have spd so i havnt slept properly for weeks on end. I am finding myself in tears most days from the tiredness and pain ( and my pain threshold is quite high) Is this happenieng to anyone else or am i going mad xxxx

Ok so i am not thick its just my 1st was an induction and my 2nd happened so fast i didnt have any of this.

Sorry in advance for the tmi..... Ok so for a few weeks now i have had very painfull pains ( braxton hicks?Although i thought these were meant to be painless) Expcept yesterday i had really clear non smelling watery discharge. I could feel it there and feel it coming out it didnt soak my pants or anything i just felt damp then the pains started different to the others i have been having these were more of a come and go back ache with a tightening. this went on for almost 9 hours i went to bed and slept ok this morning i have woken with a vewry heavy pre menstrual feeling and i had like egg white discharge but a lot of it, it was thick and white and odourless. I had a shower had some more when i got out but now it os watery again, its a lot more that i have had during this pregnancy i am 39w 2 days He is a big baby he was 8lb 1oz at my last scan at 37 weeks and i have quite bad spd due to having shoulder dystocia with my last baby so i am really excited but apprehensive this time around. What do you guys think is happening? I am starting to get exhausted of all the pains now.

Said he is 8lb 1oz does anyone know how much they gain in the last few weeks?

Hi, i am 36 weeks with my 3rd boy. up untill last night he has been very very very active. I am now not getting much at all. I called the hospital and they said as long as you are getting your 10 movements not to worry. I was just wondering if this has happend to anyone else. This did happen with my last baby but not untill a couple of days before he was born.

Hi, i have just had me check up and have come away a bit annoyed.

Ok my last baby was 9lb 7oz and he had shoulder dystocia. He never measures over his dates. He was born blue and limp. he cam around after some oxygen. I had to have the Mcrobberts manoevure ( which is where you have a m/w on each leg they oush your legs up and as wide as they can then another pushes from the top of your bump and another pulls the baby out. Luckily he had no long lasting effects.I now on this my 3rd pregnancy had spd where i am in pretty bad pain withmy pelvis. This baby IS measuring big for dates currently 37cm and she said the babys head is on the Brim.

I am worried that as this baby is measuring bigger i will have shoulder dystocia again and with my spd i am petrified.

She said to stop worrying and thet if it happens it happens. Do you think i have reason enough to ask for a growth scan to determine babys size and risk of dystocia and then maybe an early induction? if so how do i go about it?

Also do you think with babys head on the brim i will go in early anyway. i have a lot of pressure and stabbing pains down below.
