Before you start, yes I am a 14 year old girl who wants to lose weight. Its for personal health reasons because I am, according to BMI charts, overweight (5'10" and about 169 lbs). Im coming into some free time soon and I want a reliable diet and exercise program to work on, the problem is, my mom happens to be a personal trainer and nutritionist who constantly jokes about my weight. Id like to prove that I can get healthy without her help because going to her would please her too much- i dont want to give her the satisfaction of knowing her jokes have gotten to me (though they have). any ideas?

Star Trek: Into Darkness is coming to my country next week and as a Cumberbabe I really want to buy some of the decorations my movie theater has of him (preferably a cardboard cutout but im flexible), but I dont know if you're allowed to do that. Can you? and if so, how? if you can't ,where could I possibly buy one?

My guinea pig is male and 5 1/2 years old -which I know it very old for a guinea pig- and has been perfectly healthy untill now. About three weeks ago, he started eating less and less. We gave him some hairball medicine we had and that seemed to do the job, But for the last week he hasn't been eating much again and he's lost weight. Is there anything we can do to make him eat more, or is it about his time?

I inherited a laptop from my sister last year. It is a 4 or 5 year old toshiba (im not sure the model) and It has not been running very well. I do regular disk checks, Have Norton Anti-virus going at all times, and clear the desktop once a week. Despite all this, it still crashes and blue-screens at least twice every day and has to start up over and over, dumping more and more of my files each time. It keeps downloading weird browsers like Babylon and things from god knows where. Is there anything I can do to make my laptop work better? please help!

We all used to be so close, but now two of my friends are really starting to annoy me. They pretty much cleve to each other constantly and make fun of the rest of us. The three of us all have our various tumblr accounts, they both are sooo obsessed with their 'fame' because of their inde band obsessions, and always mock me for my small fan base on my own blog. They only talk about these bands, and i mean ONLY TALK ABOUT THE BANDS whenever we hang out, they go to concerts every weekend and only reminiss about inside jokes from the concerts. And now they have started to not only mock our music taste but treat everything I like and want to talk about like dirt. Theyre so mean and petty and I dont think they even relize it, and one of their birthdays is comming up, so Ill have to spend the entire sleepover listening to bad music and being treated like trash. Im afraid to consult my other firends for fear of being rejected for talking behind their backs, what should I do? I cant take this anymore!

i need help pretty much finishing the game, i need to find the rest of the tears of light in the village and then save that kid from the monsters. im not usually a big zelda person but i got it for christmas and i cant just leave it hanging. please help (ps im playing it on a wii)

Im 14 and a staggaring 5'9". my short friends always say theyre jealous but I feel like my height intimidates some guys who want a short girlfriend they can 'protect'. is being tall a gift or a curse?
