I got a kitten three days ago, and he's roughly 3 months old. I adopted him from the shelter and he was found in the woods as a stray. Very aloof and just likes to find a place to hide and sleep. He's a very sweet cat, and loves to be pet and cuddled most of the time when hes not scared, but he was neutered on the 2nd of this month and is very fearful of being touched anywhere lower than the head. He's constantly hiding and trying to get away from everyone. If I try to touch him sometimes he'll growl and hiss and swat(without claws) but if I wait 30 seconds and try again he's purring up a storm. I can tell he has a very sweet and loving disposition but he's scared and only is comfortable in my room. How do I make him less cranky and terrified and more comfortable so he's able to relax and enjoy his petting more often without feeling like we're out to kill him? I don't want him to turn into a mean cat, because it's obvious he's not and that he's not trusting and very timid right now. Is there anything I could buy for him or do to help him become comfortable?

My boyfriend doesn't talk much when he's not happy, and when I ask him his opinion on anything related to what we want to do that day, he says it's up to me. After pestering him, I found out its because in his past girls just ignore his opinion anyway. I try to get it out of him-anything, and he doesn't budge and remains silent. He doesn't tell me what he wants, and then if it doesn't happen he gets in a bad mood, becomes short with me, and when I ask him why because it upsets me(I'm very selfless and extremely sensitive) he tells me its because of something like that I didnt talk to him that morning before he went to work and he wanted to talk to me. I explained to him that he needs to TELL me things so I know what to do, and he seems indifferent to it. He's the type that will become short about things until I literally pester him out of it, and then he just tells me he'll talk to me later because he's still in a bad mood. This also only really happens when I'm not with him. When I'm with him, he's fine. But when I'm not, something always goes wrong. I've told him numerous times how I feel about it and nothing changes. He doesn't get angry or yell at me or anything. He just stays quiet. When he's unhappy, that's all he does. He just stays quiet and replies with shrugs and stuff. And it hurts me so bad because I just want to make him feel better. How do I go about this situation?

I recently just got a new internet provider, and the internet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, and shutting off at random times. On every other wirelessly connected computer in the house (one laptop, two cell phones, and a desktop), it works perfectly fine, but it seems as though my laptop may be having an IP address conflict (or at least, that's what my internet provider said when he came over and saw it was only an issue with my laptop.)

This is a newer laptop and is the only one having an issue staying on the internet. I dont know how to fix it if it is an IP conflict, or if I need to update firmware of some sort, etc.

I've tried Turtle Beach PX22, Logitech G390, Plantronics Gamecom 780, and Razer Blackshark. I'm currently looking for a headset that isn't as expensive as an Astro Gaming Headset, but has great bass along with a decent microphone. Any ideas?

I'm usually used to watching comedy romance anime, but was asked by a friend to try out a darker anime for a change. I'm literally hooked now on dark romances with good art!

I've watched Wolf's Rain and Blood+(which is officially now my favorite anime of all time), but I just wish the romance took a bigger role in the storyline. :(

I want a REALLY dark romance anime, preferably with some action/gore/etc that isn't very old(artwork wise).

Preferably something with a happy ending, but I can't be THAT picky considering it's dark.

If you can offer any suggestions that'd be great! I'm a romance person, so it HAS to have a decent amount of it(but it doesn't have to be crazy, just a little more than Blood+ had would be nice.)

By the way, I don't mean like 20 pounds of stomach fat. I mean around 5 or so.

I had gotten a kitten from a lady a few days ago, and she's about 8 weeks old now. There's no wet or runny nose, no watery eyes with goop, she's eating and drinking properly, but she just breathes very raspy. Almost like she has a cold, but she sometimes makes this almost.. hacking noise. This has been happening since the day we got her, and it hasn't progressed or regressed. She sleeps and acts normal, it's just that sometimes she'll hack up nothing, or be almost Coughing or sneezing or something... is it a cold, or is it URI? We don't have the money to bring her to a vet, so do you have any idea what kind of home remedy or treatment we could give her?

I started dating this guy. It was a simple "I really like you." and "You really like me." Everything was fine on Monday, things got a little worse on Tuesday, though. Girls came up to me telling me things about him. Everything they said was a lie, but it still hurt. Wednesday, it kept happening. Thursday, a girl I HATE walked over to his house while I was on the phone with him TALKING about our relationship and she started cursing at me, calling me names, and saying that she'll do everything in her power to make me break up with him. I was crying at this point. I'm not a fighter. He's not a fighter. But all the drama and all was way too overwhelming. Now that we're broken up, we still really like each other, but tons of girls want to be with him, too. I'm wondering if it's really worth it? 'Cause it was four days,(but we've liked each other for a long time, so of course it hurt like it was months) and the drama from other girls was killer. Should I date him again? Or get over him? And if I should get over him, how can I do that quickly?

Hi Yahoo. I'm a 15 year old girl who needs to lose 20 pounds(I'm 170 atm and 5'4) I have until August 10. If I exercise for 25 minutes a day of very good, calorie burning exercise and ate well(no white carbs, fruits and veggies, protien) could I lose this weight? My laptop, whenever I try to open something, ANYTHING, downloads OR the plain old INTERNET, it pops up saying, "Which would you like to open with: Firefox, Explorer, Word, Paint," etc. Everything Ive downloaded. But it wont open the DARN THING IM LOOKING FOR. Why? How can I fix this?

I was wondering because I was thinking of buying that phone and flashing it over to Cricket.

Also, if I DID get the T-mobile plan, I'd get the $30 one with 5GB web usage. I also have a question about that.

Lets say I only use Facebook for web. If so, let's say that was 500MB of downloading for web usage. Does that mean WHENEVER I go on Facebook, it takes away the SAME amount EVERY time? Or is it already downloaded and done?

I've been in need to lose weight, and I know eating right and exercising is the best thing to do, but I was wondering a couple of things.

Well, 1, I can't exercise for a while, because I recently(two days ago) fractured my ankle, so...

So what FOODS can make me lose weight the fastest while I'm waiting for my ankle to heal?

I have around the same hair color as Christina Perri, and want that dominant white streak in my hair(because it's just very pretty) How can I get my hair to that one dominant white streak?

Also, how do I maintain the bleached hair so it wont tear itself apart and look extremely horrible?(I know it kills my hair and all, but how can I make it NOT look that bad?)

I love writing, and like (as I just found out) lots of others, I have the problem of not being able to keep up with my writing. I get bored and burned out easily because I see so many plot holes, and I over-think everything. So I drop the story idea, and its been to a point where I don't even have any good(in my opinion) ideas anymore, because everything has holes in it! The worst part is, I love writing a really exciting, amazingly written prologue(thats just to start the book off interesting) and I perfect it so much, I cant write anything else because I feel like it 1. Cant be as well written as the Prologue, and 2. Dont know how to lead to a new chapter when that's so dominant by itself. How do I verge from the Prologue to the first chapter without that big wall in front of me like, "OH NO! YOU CANT DO THAT. I'M GONNA GIVE YOU WRITER'S BLOCK. MOO-HAHAHA."?

Does it bother you(because it sure bothers me) when people who ask questions about a piece of their writing put the best answer to the NICEST answer? And how the questioner seems to always dislike the answers that help IMPROVE the writing? You would think they would want criticism if they ask "How's my writing?" They shouldn't come on here to dig for compliments.
