I let my rabbit play in his playpen with a guinea pig, I've heard that a rabbit can be together and play if monitored while playing. my dad called me so i left them alone for about 2-3 minuets and when i came back my rabbit had two wounds one close to the center of his fore-head and another one below his nose ( They are not bleeding constantly,just a little at a time). My rabbit is about 2-3 months old, and I've tried cleaning or trying to help it by wiping the wounds with a wet paper towel.
Should i take him to the vet or should i let it heal?
