I'm keen to learn a new framework but not have to learn a new programming language as well and most books focus on C#.

I have an 8 year son, i would like him to play pool with me now and again so would like him to have his own cue.

He's obviously too small for a full size one so how big should it be?

I have an 8 year old who loves making the models and painting them but the instructions for the game itself are incredibly complex.

I wonder if anyone has come across an alternative set of instructions that take some of the more complex ideas out but keep the spirit of the game?

I am using google calendars to manage work tasks but i have a slight issue when it comes to tasks that will cross into the next working day.

For example, if i have a task that that will start at 15:00 on Monday and be finished at 11:00 on Tuesday then calendars will create a task that's 20 hours long. Let's say my work hours are 9:00 to 17:00, the task is actually only 4 hours. Not necessarily a problem but i want to report on how longs certain tasks are taking month by month using a third party tool and this is only going to work if i can tell google what my work hours are.

Does anyone know if that's possible?

Some months ago i declared my motorbike SORN. I now want to tax it but i need an MOT first. Is it legal to ride an untaxed bike with no MOT to a test centre?
