It is almost a cliche, the idea that firefighters will come out to the home of some little old lady and rescue her cat from a tree.

To me this seems like it would be a huge waste of time, resources, responsibilities, money, etc.

So has this ever been something that was done, or even acceptable today?

Just looking for some fresh ideas of what to have with the family.

The host is asking guests to bring food of some sort, just to help out and make sure that there is enough for everyone. This is going to be a group of about thirty people, but I am just wondering for the moment what I could bring. And also this is a completely non alcoholic party. Nothing crazy.

Every single day, except maybe when you need something formal or maybe a bathing suit, or pajamas.

But other than such occasions, your stuck.

Some artists, especially the really big time ones, also put on exuberant visual shows so I can understand why people like to go to those (even though I am not a fan of massive music productions like that.) And I can understand jam bands when you can just listen to them improvise, or maybe some people like the energy that comes with huge crowds and such.

But what about something like a band at little venue, or a restaurant or something, when people could just listen to it on CD. What is it about seeing people perform when you could just listen to the recording.

I love going to shows, but what is it that makes live music so awesome?

I can understand with the pepper and making it a bit fresher than otherwise. But I am not so sure about the salt.

So is better, or more or less a gimmick?

And by the way this is a report on the Roanoke Colony and right now stands at about eight pages long

I have never really listened to them that much, so just looking for some suggestions of where to start with this band.

And also how many times can a bag of tea be used and still be good

I generally wouldn't go over two, because it starts to taste bad but I was wondering if how many a single bag was designed for

I am watching a movie were John travolta hijacked a subway train and some how that means that the stock market will fluxuate.

I do not have any of their albums yet but I want to get them into my library. I don't like putting everything from one artist at once, just starting with one record at a time.

So just would be a good one to start with and listen to for a while.

The only method that I am really aware about it adjusting the truss rod, but I am not really sure how to go about it.

Do I need to take off the strings, how far do I turn, which direction, are there any steps that I might be totally unaware of?

Electric guitars strings that I have gotten have been around five dollars, and some of the time three a pack with special deals at guitar center.

But I am looking at bass strings online and about the cheapest that I have found is about ten dollars, and I doubt the quality of those because everything else that I saw ranged from fifteen to thirty five dollars and up.

I am already listening to lots of RHCP, but what else is there that would be good to start to try to emulate.

I heard James Brown but I don't what of his would be best, or where to start if there isn't an outstanding best.
