Why do people like Mac for gaming?
People claims Macs are amazing for graphics, gaming, video editing and stuff, but they have older processor than the average PC, with less graphics card and RAM options, plus they're batteries are way worse. If that's not enough all good games are designed for PC so why would you buy a system that costs much more, then get another operating system?
Plus PC's (especially Dell's and Lenovo's) are way cheaper for a system with equal or better stats/components.
3 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks9 years agoHalf squat to parallel squat ratio?
I usually squat to parallel, but for football our max outs are to a height about equivalent of a half squat. I was wondering if anyone knows how much more I should be able to do a half squat with. I got parallel with 405lbs, and one thing i read said that I should get 130% of that for a half squat which would mean I could squat 526.5lbs. That seems excessive so I was wondering if anyone knew if that would be true, or had another ratio/percentage
1 AnswerFootball (American)9 years agoDoes long distance swimming or biking cause you to loose muscle mass?
From football training knowledge I know that long distance running is proven not only to be useless for football training, but will reduce your muscle mass, and cause you to become weaker. However, I like the idea of longer bike rides and swims to maintain strength, condition my breathing, and just enjoy the outdoors.
If you answer please have legitimate evidence, and don't argue about the running point. I am also training of Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 Football Edition(including its conditioning) and this is just additional work.
Thanks
