its not glossy its more of a craft mask sort of thing and its got scratches and dirt all over it. i can't seem to get it clean. any advice?

Ok, so it started out as a joke. I was driving my friend, lets call him, "Carl" and my little sister home. Lets call her, "Ashley". Well my friend is 18, and my sister is 13.(Remember, the law says it's only illegal to date someone that much younger if you are doing anything sexual.) But anyways, I was driving Carl, Ashley and her friend home from school. Carl didn't have a gf, so jokingly he said, "Any of u want to go to prom with me?" They both just laughed and then Ashley said, "I will if you buy my dress!" Me and Carl laughed, but later on we found out she was serious. Then Ashley was upset because she thought he was serious. Then, I don't even know how, they both started being serious about it. And today Carl talked to me about wanting to date her. I know I can trust my friend Carl, but i feel like he is just being desperate because he isn't too attractive and he just found out (before all of this) that his gf for almost 3 yrs, was cheating on him the entire time. Ever since then he has been rejected by every girl he asked out. I feel bad for him, and I want him and Ashley to be happy, but it just seems wrong and awkward. I know he wouldn't hurt her, but i just don't know. What do you guys think I should do? and no slamming on my friend or talkin about police. Please and thank you.

So, my gf has been having her period at random times in the month. Is this normal? Because we haven't "done" anything with each other and I know for sure she hasn't done it with anyone else, so it's not that. I'm totally lost and I can't prepare myself for it?
