I totaled by car last week. After insurance payback I'll have about 5k to work with. I found a 2001 Volvo s40Turbo fully loaded. The car was owned by 1 person from original purchase and it is in amazing condition and only has 69k miles. The car is very nice I only worry about the cost to repair anything that might need repair later. I know with any used car this is going to be a game of chance. SO I have also been looking at Early to Mid 2000's Nissan Altimas. I usualy find them in good condition with higher mileage (110k-150k) Any advise. I love the volvo I just have issues with how much it could cost to fix it.

I bought my 2006 Matrix New , I have gotten the oil changed every 3k-5k miles belts changed around 100k miles New breaks, tires last year. My car has not been " Running New" for a while( idling a little hard, not picking up as fast. ) . I want to make sure it last me another 7 years. Does anyone have any recommendations on what kind of auto service to have done to make my car running like new again and how to keep it up?

My fiance and I are moving to Miami in June and need to live within 20 minutes driving distance of Jackson Health system hospital. We are looking for a 1or 2 bedroom with 1 or hopefully 1.5 baths. I have been doing research on becoming an xray tech and I have the information about education. I would like to know from people who are xray techs and who know/ work with xray techs a little more about what they do while working. I currently work in emergency veterinary medicine and think I would really like working in the ER setting as an Xray tech. Any feed back about how happy you are on the job? Working in different environments?

I used to weight about 400lbs and I'm now close to 300 but I'm tired of the gym. I decided to buy a bike for fun rides and exercise. My issue is that I can't find a good bike for someone my weight that I don't feel is going to break at any moment that doesn't cost more than $300

I have to buy new scrubs for my job. I'm required to wear the color " Aloe" I'm very tall and have to buy a " Long " or " Tall" size scrub top. I already have tall scrub tops but they do not come in the Aloe color with Cherokee scrubs. Does anyone have any info on where to buy Tall mens/ unisex aloe scubs?

I have a 2006 Toyota Matrix .someone asked me about it being awd I said yes it is and someone else said it is not . prior to this car I have never had a car that was awd and the way this car drives ( and handles snow) Im pretty sure it is. It does not have an AWD symbols on it but its a base model awd . I bought it used 2 years ago. Can someone please tell me a easy way to just look and make sure its all wheel drive...it will just make me feel better

I went to school for Massage Therapy in 2005 I took out aprox: $12,000.00 in Fed. loans,and my life hit rock bottom right after I graduated ( long story not needed) /My loans went into default and are all messed up. after paying up some and having some wages garnished, I owe about $7000.00 Now I want to go back to school starting over I don't even have my AA, but it the long run I want to become a Physical Therapist. How is this possible? My credit and loan history is very bad now and I really want to get back on track with my education. Anyone have any tips or knowledge on this situation.?

My current device ( Lg Dare) is going crazy and not working well. I need a new phone and I'm currently up for contract renewal with Verizon Wireless. I parked my car on a side street while on a school trip and someone smashed my window and took a few things from my car... I'm calling my insurance company in the morning.. and I do have a police report.. but I have never had to deal with anything like this. I moved to Philadelphia a year ago and I have not seen my mom in 10 mos, My brother and I are splitting the flight cost for me to fly to Tampa FL to show up and suprise her because all she wants is her family together on the Holidays. I am a certified Massage Therapist I live in PA, I work for a Emergency Vet Hospital because its very hard to find a MT job at the moment. They have positioned me with a offer to do 10 min Chair Massages for the staff . I think that this is a great Idea and it would benefit the atmosphere at my job greatly.
