  • Urgent Care: $50 co-payment per visit, after which Coinsurance will apply. What does that mean?

I get that I'd pay $50 dollars upfront, but does that mean I'll get a bill for coinsurance later?

My coinsurance is defined in the policy as "Per Coverage Period, the Company will pay of the

next $5,000 of eligible expenses after the Deductible, then

100% up to the Overall Maximum Limit. " even though my deductible is 2500... but that shouldn't apply with urgent care visit when it's copay, right?

    This is so confusing.

  • What would be a good flash for Nikon D3100?

I just got a Nikon D3100 and am looking for a decent flash that can also be used as a slave flash. Something that would work and be compatible with the RF-602. I'm looking for something that can do manual adjustments (not too worried about auto), but will also work ON my Nikon as an external flash attachment.

I'm looking at the YN-560 mark II flash.

Anyone have any suggestions and/or opinions about this or any other flash that is under $100 that has similar or better specs than the YN-560 mark II?

  • My 1996 Crown Victoria LX stalls when stopped and kicks at low speed.?

So when I'm either stopped (my foot on the brake in drive) or coasting is when my car stalls and dies. Twice I have been at low speed, accelerating passing about 15-25 MPH, my car kicked and jerked pretty hard and the Check Engine light came on for a second while it did that and immediately went off. It would restart just fine and sometimes it would take an extra second for it to fully turn over but sounded normal nonetheless.

I'm wondering what could be the issue. Replacing the fuel filter?

  • Are pre-employment non-DOT drug tests reported like the DOT ones?

I do not have a CDL, never have, but if I were to take a non-DOT 10 panel drug test and I failed would that be reported on my DAC report like the ones for DOT testing with a CDL?

  • Will a judgment against me affect my current good standing credit card?

I'm probably about to be sued by Capital One, and if they win, they will place a judgment against me (my bank) but I also have a current good standing credit card with my bank. Will my bank credit card be affected by a judgment? I'm probably going to close my accounts, or at least have my checking open but keep minimal funds in there.

But I'm just wondering if I am to worry about my current credit card; does the bank close that account if I have a judgment? Do, or can they, use my credit available to pay part of a judgment against me, or is a judgment ONLY applied to and effects my checking/saving balances?

  • Question about judgment with Capital One?

I'm about to be sued (and likely lose) by Suttell and Hammer on behalf of Capital One for a credit card balance + fees+ interest of almost 6,000.

I work under the table as a cab driver, and have no wage or paycheck for them to garnish. Also live in Washington and my car is worth less than the exemption amount so I don't have to worry about a lien, and even if I do, I have no intention in selling. But since I live in Washington, only liens that can be placed are against property/real estate (I have none).

I'm just wondering if I close my bank account and I get stuck with this judgement I can't pay for, what happens? Does it just sit there on my credit report and then disappear after 7 or 10 years (I can't remember how long liens stay on reports). Will my lack of paying just make it disappear after a while? They can't do anything like throw me in jail or anything I know, but I'm just wondering how long it takes for the judgment to disappear. Do the statute of limitation still apply to the debt in question?

Also, somewhere down the road with a judgment or not, can I settlement be agreed on and arranged and will that take over whatever the judgment amount is?

  • If I set up a payment plan with a creditor, and gave them my account info to take monthly payments, can they..?

take out more other than what was agreed on OR can they access my account and get my balance and other information? This is without any judgement or court order. I'm just wondering if it is a good idea to pull all (except what will cover the monthly amount) of the money and open another account and put it in there.

  • How to format Windows 7 without disc to install XP.?

I do not have the Win 7 disc (pre-installed factory laptop) and I want to completely format the HDD. I have already backed up all of my wanted files to an external drive, and am wanting to install WinXP because many of the programs I run (or want to) cannot run on the newer OS such as Win7.

Please tell me how to format the HDD without the Win7 disc as I have tried multiple ways to do it but have been unsuccessful because alas; no disc.

I have the XP disc and am ready to go with that, just needing to format my HDD.

  • Joining the military with debt?

I'm 23 years old and thinking of joining the Navy. I have two questions..

I have student loans that are about 23,000 right now. I didn't finish school and am not currently enrolled. I have been current and the loans have not gone into default or collections. Am I allowed to join the military with a student debt (private loans) of this amount?

My other question is, do I have to worry about a security check for Top Secret clearance if I have one 2nd class non-traffic violation (shoplifting something under $100 under the age of 16 as defined by the military)?

If you can just answer these two questions to the best of your ability without adding personal opinion or asking about jobs (since it has nothing to do with it).. I'd be thankful and will select the best answer.

  • What song is this...?

I can't remember who it was by or when it was done, but it started out with the recording of Thomas Edison's "Mary had a little lamb" recording and it had every major sound recording in history in chronological order until the song was made. If you could help, thanks

  • What was that 90's virtual reality headset?

You all remember those red headsets with one viewing slide over one of your eyes and you would play VR (virtual reality) games? It wasn't the best thing in the world, but I can't remember the name of the whole thing or where I would find one.

    Any help?

  • How do you know if suicide is your only option?

I am 22, and have lived with depression just about all of my life and I have been pretty well off for a while and have not taken meds for it for about 6 or some years.

I have thought this through for a while now...

I'm not religious, so please no talk about how it may be wrong.

I've been suspended from work for who knows how long, I have no other source of income and have lived from check to check and have no way of living without selling all of my stuff which isn't really worth anything anyways. I have actually contemplated killing myself since my grandfather was the last reason I actually wasn't passed away this past October. My friends are all military and they all leave this July to California and Japan.

I don't know what else I can do, and can't really take this kind of disappointment and the fact that I have nothing going for me and if I didn't end it, I would just live no where with all my student loans I'm paying back just end up being in collections.

  • I asked this girl if she wanted to see a movie with me. She said yes but...?

Well I asked a girl if she wanted to see a movie with me (nothing really official dating) and she said sure and I was going to call her the next day for a time to pick her up or something. Well she called back an hour later and asked if her friend Sarah could come as well. They are roommates and friends, okay, cool. Now the movie isn't playing where we thought and would have to drive a little further to see but I was fine with that but she said they would rather go to the city we were going to go to since they know it better.

I guess my question is more of an opinion needed. What would you think her thoughts about me are? Like does she see me as just "another friend"? I'm not sure if she knows I like her, but perhaps interested in something. What would you think about this?

  • I want to tell a girl I like her, but not sure how I should, any advice?

I'm almost 22 and work in management and goto school, I have talked to her a few times and she has called me a couple of times and I have called her just to talk for 10-20 minutes. I have no idea if she likes me, or if she is just being friendly. I have hung out with her for several hours before with small group of friends just drinking at someone's place. I make her laugh, she makes me laugh, we also seem to have a great personality.

I don't know if I should just flat out ask her to do something, or if I should just kiss her quickly to see how she reacts, or tell her friend that I am interested.

I'm not someone who tries to find a relationship all the time since it has been a couple of years since I had one. I want to find someone I can actually stay with, and not some "fling" and I think she could be that girl.

So please, how do you think I should handle this, and I appreciate actual and honest answers. Detail would also be helpful. Thanks

  • I got a ticket for running a red light in Canada, live in Washington. I'm ignoring it, will anything happen?

I went to Canada with a friend of mine at the beginning of the year and got a ticket in the mail for being photographed running a red light. I haven't paid, and really don't intend on paying. If I go back to visit Canada, will anything happen? Will I get arrested or possible fined higher?

Or will they just not know about it and ignore it.
