My boyfriend makes me sad?
He and I are in love and plan to spend the rest of our lives together. We spend a lot of time together so I understand that we don't need to text all the time, but when I go out of town and can't see him for a week or two, it feels like he does what he feels obligated to and stops there. He acknowledges me with a text or snapchat once a day, but that's it. I haven't seen him so I want to have a conversation with him and tell him about my day and ask him about his, but he always ends the conversation really quickly, sometimes without any explanation, sometimes with a lame excuse if I press him for one. Also, he is always very vague about what he does. I ask him what he did today and he says nothing with a winky face. These things always makes me really sad and wonder if it's worth it. Maybe I just need to stop caring as much (advice on how to do that is greatly appreciated). Sometimes he will open my snapchats but never responds to them, and a lot of the time several hours (6-12) pass before he responds to my texts or snapchats. It always upsets me even when I try not to care or think about it. Why does he do this to me and should I talk to him about it or leave? I don't want to leave him at all, I love him. And I think I'd sound like a needy clingy girlfriend if I talked to him about it, which maybe I am, but maybe I need a guy who understands and doesn't mind that. I don't know. What should I do?
3 AnswersSingles & Dating7 years agoMy boyfriend doesn't like it when I sing and I love singing.?
I sing all the time. I'm not good but I'm not terrible and I don't sing loudly or obnoxiously. It's just that I frequently sing along fairly lowly to songs and sing the song that's stuck in my head or a song that fits the situation because it's something I enjoy doing and it makes me happy. But I think my boyfriend, whom I love deeply and whom I know loves me just as much, secretly hates it. Should I stop singing? Is he worth not singing as much? Well he definitely is, I know that, but I can't imagine never singing again as it's something I do all the time while I'm at home. We plan to move in together in the future and my singing would be very limited. Is the love of my life supposed to be someone who loves all of my little quirks? Sorry for such a dumb question, but I appreciate any thoughts!
2 AnswersSingles & Dating7 years agoRestless Legs Prone to Injury?
I have diagnosed myself with restless leg syndrome because my legs get these really uncomfortable completely internal tingling, throbbing sensations all the time. It gets really bad if I've been sitting for a while. Working out helps temporarily relieve the symptoms. I'm a triathlete so I swim, bike, and run a lot. I often do two of those things in one day. As a runner, I'm extremely prone to injury. I've had a stress fracture, bone contusion, and general pain that's made me take breaks from running. I was wondering if there is any connection between restless legs and a higher risk of injury. I love running as it relieves mental stress as well as the worst of the throbbing in my legs. Any thoughts?
1 AnswerInjuries8 years agoWhy are my periods so infrequent and irregular?
I'm 16 years old (female, obviously), 5'4", and 127 lbs so I'm not really skinny. I mean I'm not fat either, though. I'm pretty athletic; I swim and run cross country and track. I think that most or quite a bit of me is muscle. I eat a pretty healthy diet even though I eat a lot. But I'm on birth control, which is supposed to regulate your periods, and mine are still really infrequent and irregular. Now, I really enjoy not having them, I'm just curious as to why mine are abnormal. Any ideas?
1 AnswerWomen's Health8 years agoWhere can you skydive in America at age 16?
I want to skydive sooo badly and I turn 16 in 9 days. I was hoping to find somewhere I can skydive when I'm 16 so it could be my birthday present/celebration but so far I haven't found anywhere. If you know anywhere, I would appreciate you telling me so much!
Thanks!
3 AnswersOther - Outdoor Recreation9 years agoWhy do I feel so full?
This morning I ate about a cup each of watermelon and pineapple and now, three hours later, I still feel really uncomfortably full. That's all I've eaten today. I know they're both fruits so their fiber and water content is very filling, but it shouldn't be this filling. For the past week or two I've been like this, where I eat very small amounts infequently and still feel horribly full. I'm not on my period right now so I don't know what's causing it or what to about it. Please help!
Thanks!

1 AnswerPsychology9 years agoWhy does my ankle hurt?
The side of my ankle hurts. It feels like it's bruised because it hurts whenever something presses on it, but it's not visibly bruised. And my ankle just hurts when I'm walking around, especially after going running. It doesn't feel too great while I'm running either. It's been like this for about two weeks now and I don't know what to do. Please help me.
Thanks!

1 AnswerHistory9 years agoHow do I stop myself from eating when I'm not hungry to lose weight?
I eat pretty healthy and I'm not fat or anything, but I'm trying to lose a few pounds but I like eating. I don't know what my problem is. I do really good for a week and my weight's lower and it's all great, but then I mess up one day (usually over the weekend) and can't bring myself back down to the weight I was at before until a few weeks later and I repeat the cycle. It's so upsetting and I know it's all up to me to change and discipline myself, but 'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I'm trying to lose weight and I stay on track all throughout the week, but then I just eat so much over the weekend and I don't know why and I can't seem to stop myself. I exercise a lot but I just eat too much and it's only on the weekend. What do I do?
