  • rabbit breeding problems?

Recently, I had two does and one buck together for about 2 weeks expecting them to breed. Then, I separated them and both showed signs of pregnancy -- they had gained weight and had mood changes. After a few days, I palpated each rabbit but found nothing. The rabbits were then switched and mistakenly placed together again with the buck. Then, one doe, again, showed signs of pregnancy, and after palpating, I had felt what I thought to be kits. However, the next day, I felt the same doe and felt nothing -- she had no signs of kits at all. Since then, she has been nesting with mood changes, but she shows no sings of having kits.

I would like to know what's going on; if you have experience anything like this, please help.
