Hey everyone.

My phone just flat-out turned itself off and won't turn back on. I have tried so many things and nothing works, so I paid the $25 on squaretrade for a new one.

I want to know if there is a way to get all of my photos and crap off of it. I have already tried the following (and nothing works):

*charging it ( with a few different cables and chargers)

*plugging it into my computer

*trying a different battery that I know works

If anyone can help, that'd be awesome

Hi everyone. My parents asked if I could restore thier old Dell desktop running xp (whyyyyyyyyyy lol) I feel a little stupid, but here's how it's gone so far:

Put my parents crap on an external

shut down

hit CTRL + F11 on startup

Dell restore by Symantec popped up

now my keyboard and mouse are frozen (no pointer on the screen and the number lock and caps lock won't turn on or off . Tab and arrows don't work either) so I can't click restore

Ive tried:

Switching usb ports (there is no ps/2)

Using a different mouse and keyboard

Changing boot order in BIOS

I need a way to get this to go!!! My dad wanted this yesterday and he's really PO'd that i couldnt get it done yesterday but I can't do anything about it 😐

I'm going to be assigned this writing prompt in class on Monday I think, and I have no idea where to start. I already read both things and still have no idea. This is the prompt that I may or may not be assigned:

In a well-developed paragraph, find a common message in both "The Declaration of Independence" and from "The Crisis" number 1 by Thomas Pain and explain how that ideal, value, or right was denied to the slaves. The find and examine what you believe to be a modern American "paradox" or hypocrisy.

It seems so much more advanced compared with what we've been doing all semester. Do I just talk about how slaves were denied one of the basic rights of life, liberty, and happiness? Thanks to anyone who can just get me started and make sense of this!

For my class ring, I'm thinking of a regular band or one with roman numerals. There are two styles: one without a background:

Also, can you recommend some stones that look nice together for both? I would get the band in a silver either way, but just can't find two colors that blend well next to each other. I've spent a ton of time trying to decide on this, and decided I need help to make a decision

Ok so I got this a couple weeks ago and im having trouble with battery life. Before you tell me to try stuff, this is what ive done:

Turned on power saving

Disabled all of that smart stuff and air view

Installed snapdragon battery guru and set refreshes to when I open them.

have bluetooth, gps, multiwindow, etc disabled except for wifi.

Thats whats done to try to help. next is how long it lasts. I was driving home from a trip and listened to music during the drive through my earbuds. It was about 8-9 hours per day. JUST music, the screen was off along with all of the settings above. Just about dead when the day was over.

Now if you have listened to all of that nonsense, id like to know if its normal battery life or if I should get in touch with samsung.

If it helps, The test is on Latin to English and English to Latin translations. I've been getting C's and D's on them and I got A's at the beginning of the year. It's all going downhill really fast. And I have tried writing note cards, that doesn't work.

I have decided that I will be the ultimate avenger for halloween. Id like to include iron man and captain america definately. my idea is to have like an arm for one character, the other for another, something for my chest, and a mask. Maybe something instead of just jeans (but not needed). I just need everyones input on what parts to put on. Also, if you could, can you tell me where I can get these? I only have a little more time to get the costume.

I did a research on Pompeii awhil ago. and now I need to make a poster for it. it just needs to say Pompeii and the rest is a drawn or traced picture. Its the Roman town that is buried in ash now. I really have no idea what to do so id like your input.

Im going to buy a netbook for mostly microsoft word and watching movies an videos. should i get one with

an AMD Dual-Core C-60 Accelerated Processor with ATI Radeon HD 6290 graphics?

or

an Intel Celeron 877?

or if u have a suggestion on netbooks, id like to keep it under $300. both will have 2 gb of DDR2 RAM
