  • How do I label data in Excel 2007 pie chart?

I have a simple pie chart with values 1, 2 and 3. When I go to the Select Data from the context menu I'm given a screen with the data range displayed at the top, then two columns below, one for series and one for horizontal axis labeling.

When I enter a label for Axis 1, Axis 2 and 3 disappear and I can't find any way to bring them back or add labels. My first label is then displayed on the chart legend, but the other two items are still labeled 2 and 3. I don't know what's going on or why it's doing this.

  • What is a good recipe for baked Pancit Palabok?

I've had it a few times and really like it, but all the recipes I see online are just fried noodles. My Filipino friends insist that they're parents always baked it. Any suggestions are fine, links don't need to be in english. I have a variety of grocery stores in my city that sell Filipino food I can probably get any ingredient I need. I just want it to be authentic and the recipes I keep finding don't look like what I'm looking for.

  • How do I log network traffic from a single adapter for diagnostic purposes?

I have a VoIP router from T-Mobile and neither the manufacture or t-mobile will give me the port forwarding information. I want to run the router through my computer using ICS and use a free program that can give me a log of all the connections it attempts to make. So I can tell my good router which ports to forward for the VoIP service.

I have seen something like this out there but can't remember which one to use. Please avoid suggesting programs that you haven't used, thanks.

  • What is the name of this Final Fantasy town?

The town was in one of the 16-bit games, I think probably FF4 or FF5. This town had little purpose in the plot and was out of the way. It had sheep running around the town and had a really catch theme song which I'm trying to find.

I went down the list of Final Fantasy towns at Wikia and couldn't find it. See http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Town

Which FF game? What's the town's name? Kudos if you can find the song somewhere! This has been bugging me for months!

  • Why does my "recently used programs" fail to open those programs when clicked?

I'm running Windows Vista x64, the recently used programs on my start menu used to launch those programs like normal, but now when I click those icons I get nothing. When I view properties for those shortcuts, it has a blank field for Target. Any ideas of what could be wrong? I saw several questions like this when I did a YA search but none of them had a satisfactory answer. I can't think of any recent changes to my computer that would have caused this.

  • What anime is this screenshot from?

I've asked the site owners and the page designer and neither of them can remember. Does anyone recognize this anime?

    Please don't answer with "I don't know".

  • Posting Links?

Why does YA all of a sudden give me a server error when I try to post an answer with a link, then when I remove the link the post goes through?

This seems like a rather underhanded way of doing things, it should at least tell you why your post isn't going through. Why all the paranoia, I'm obviously not a bot after being around for this long and answering so many questions.

  • What is the name of this King's Quest-like game for mac that was from the early to mid nineties?

I played it when I was over at a relative's house, and it had some very rpg-like characteristics, but was also a lot like King's Quest. The most interesting thing I thought was that you could get jobs doing odd work with people you met along the way. The gameplay included night and different days. What game was this?

  • Why do people RAR a single file into tens of files for a torrent?

Especially with video files, I'm noticing that people are raring up single files then you have to get all the files to recombine them. What is the point of this? It's my understanding that most audio and video files use a sort of compression already, doesn't raring video/audio files actually make them bigger?

I translated experientially to experimentalmente because to experience = experimentar. However wouldn't this also mean experimentally? Is there a better word?

  • How do I establish a trunked connection with two NIC's?

I am building a home theater PC which will have two gigabit ethernet ports and I want to use both of them simultaneously to establish a 2gbps connection into my network using the process of link aggregation (or port trunking). I've read that this can be done under Linux. It is also supported by Windows Server edition 2003 and XP using drivers that come from the manufacturer.

The essence of my question is (read carefully): How can I establish such a connection under Windows Vista? Has anyone on here tried it or have experience doing it? Which brands of network adapters support this (I don't mean the one's that already have two ports) or does Vista support such a connection?

I am not interested in the practicality of such an idea, I simply want to know if or how I can do it. If you have no experience with it, don't answer.

  • Fellow Christians, is it necessary to get preachy everytime?

I've noticed a trend on R&S that Christians tend to go off on tangents and write long rambling answers. It is really necessary to go into a long explanation of the gospel on every single answer? Can't we just keep our answers short and on-topic? I can provide examples if necessary.

I'd appreciate if you atheists would keep your comments to yourself, I already know what sort of stuff you're going to say since you say the same things of every question like this.

  • Is is possible to use two network cards on one pc & network?

I am building a Home Theater PC and I wanted to use it to serve video to other PC's in my gigabit LAN as well. I know 1gbps is enough (cause I use that now), but I was wondering if it was possible to use two ethernet cards on the same network and somehow double my bandwidth. I'm not asking about the practicality of this, I just want to know if it can be done and how I would do it.

I'm taking a modern Chinese history course and I thought it would be fun to see some movies, but I don't know Chinese so I don't know where I would begin to find such a list. I'm open to a list based on other objective standards as well, but all I can find are subjective lists in english.

  • Atheists, do you believe that the United States is in danger of becoming a theocracy?

Why or why not? Doesn't the constitution and court prescedent prevent such a thing? Is this something you are really concerned about? Also would some of you please include a definition of theocracy.
