    I want to start a compost to help the enviroment/our garden. My problem is 1) I need to know the basics ( what to put in/ how to start it) 2) we have a dog and she would mess it up so I was wondering if it was possible to put soil and the things you wish to compost in a big flower pot or such.   • Exercises???

    I fractured my hip last Wednesday. I can not put weight on my leg for 6 weeks. Do you know any arm exercises that I can do so I do not lose arm muscles while at bed rest. Either in a wheelchair or bed. Thanks
