My entire life has been about animals. I’ve had over 40 dogs throughout my life, (including Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Beagles, Pomeranians, Lhasas, Pekineses, Pugs, Labs, Chows, Dalmatians, Mutts, and many, many more), 6 cats (what can I say, I’m a dog person), rodents of all kinds, reptiles, fish (which I used to breed), birds, and various farm animals. I grew up with high quality AKC breeders, K-9 trainers, and dedicated animal rescuers, and learned a lot about animals, training, and my patience level. I’ve worked with vets, shelters, and rescues. All of my animals are rescues/adoptions, except for my pitty, he adopted me. Aside from my animals, I love working on cars, sucking at video games, watching movies, learning new things, anything to do with music, and writing. Writing being what I would love my career to be one day. So That’s me, well a glimpse at least.

  • Anyone own a Kia Soul?

    I'm looking to buy a Kia Soul + soon and had a couple questions for anyone who's had one.

    1) How's the car handle on an uphill?

    2) What's the worst thing about this car in your opinion?

    3) What's the best thing about this car?

    4) How does it handle sharp turns?

    5) Any major maintenance issues I should be aware of?

    I have test drove a couple, but test drives usually last maybe five minutes, so if anyone has anything they could tell me about it that would be great. I've researched it quite a bit, but I would really like some honest opinions about the Kia Soul +. I will be getting an automatice transmission, and it will be a NEW car, not used.

  • What are some ways to counteract nausea from pain pills?

    I just had surgery on my wrist and I'm taking lortabs and they are making me extremely nauseous so I was wondering if anyone knew anything that might help me. I'm getting a lower strength tomorrow and I'm already taking it in halves. So yeah, any ideas? Thanks in advance!

  • What's a large dog with short hair?

    My grandmother wants to get another large dog, but she would like one with short hair. I was wondering if anyone could give me some breeds to look in to. She wants a female so please keep that in mind, I need some breeds that are a min 60 lbs, short hair, any dog that would do good in a hot environment. We live in vegas, and the dogs are always allowed inside but still I would like a dog with short hair. Thanks for the help, sorry for the rant.
