This is in regards to council flats in london.

I've been told that once you become 18 and are working (no longer in fulltime education), the coucil will contact you and you would have to start paying rent.

I can't find anything about this on the directgov website or from google searches. Is it true?

So I've been trying to quit smoking so I started on the patches and a friend of mine gave me some gum. Today was my first day wearing the patch, but as it releases the nicotine slowly I was craving so I smoked half a cigarette, then straight after that had some of the gum. Maybe like, three hours later, I was experiencing sharp lower stomach pains and assumed it was either the gum I was chewing at the time or the patch, so I took the patch off and the pain began to subside. Now I feel fine.

I'm just wondering if this was indeed down to me maybe having too much nicotine in my system (i normally go through 5-7 ciggs a day) or a coincidence of some sort, as I have read that it is okay to combine different nicotine replacement therapies.

Around an hour ago, I was swallowing and it felt as if something solid, like a pill or something would get stuck. So haven just eaten I slid my finger down my tongue, right to it's base and felt a lil flap. Whenever I drink or swallow I feel this flap move and I'm really confused on what it can be. I've done a lot of research but to no avail. It's weird to think something like this can develop so quick..

Anyone experienced this or know what it might be?

I was on this site earlier and for those of you that don't know, it's a site that posts embarrassing pictures of people. Some of these pictures seem to be personal, for a example a picture of someone half naked in their home and the woman who owns the site gets a lot of angry people saying they want their pictures taken down or else they'll sue. This never happens.. Is that because the site is not at fault or because suing just takes to much time and effort?

Okay, so my period ended on thursday just gone and it seemed pretty normal - period pains, clots, kinda heavy. But today I realized that after pressure was applied to my right breast (quite and bit of pressure and squeezing) a small bit of white discharge came out and I'm terrified now that I might be pregnant. I don't know if I'm worrying too much or something but I have read up on decidual bleeding and I'm starting to wonder if that's what my last few periods have been.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Do the milk ducts produce milk early in pregnancy? I'm going mad with worry, and the fact that I have to wait till monday before I can get a pregnancy test isn't helping me.

Just wondering as I'm considering doing a beauty course and I was thinking how much easier it would be if I could skip level one and just do two and three maybe. But is that allowed? Will employers want to know that I completed level one along with two and three?

I wanna get my feet scrubbed and massaged and also remove some calluses to make them real soft n pretty for summer. Is that inclusive in a pedicure at the local nail shop? Or do I go to a spa? Or is there a name for people that treat feet specifically?

Well I guess you could say I have an irrational fear of pregnancy. I had sexual contact 5 days from my ovulation date. He put in just the head for no more than 10 second and I know he didn't ejaculate, unless it was a lil pre-*** but he said he didn't even do that and I know the chances of getting pregnant from that are pretty slim though it's possible. Anyhow pretty much the next day, it started with me noticing a pregnant lady and it hit me that I could be pregnant. It began to worry me, then my left nipple became sore. Now it's both breasts. I feel a bit nauseous and lightheaded (though that started after the blood test I took yesterday and and could be to do with my anaemia). Also, I'm seeing pregnant women EVERYWHERE, I can't get away from them. When I feel my pelvic area it feels hard. I don't know, I feel like I'm going crazy. It's stressing me out and depressing me, I really don't wanna be pregnant and the thought alone had me crying all day. It puts me off having sex as I feel like no amount of protection is enough. I don't wanna go out cos every time I see a pregnant lady (which is EVERY DAY), it's like I'm being told something and I want to cry. Could it be my fear of pregnancy that's giving me symptoms and doing all this? My period isn't due till next saturday which is stressing me even more as I wonder whether I'll miss it.

P.S. I know it may all seem silly but it's serious for me so do take me seriously.

Yesterday I went in for a blood test. I had a blood test months before and was told I had quite low levels of haemoglobin in my blood and given iron pills to take. My anemia didn't go away as I didn't even finish the pills and I was meant to get refills (silly I know) but I got lazy with it.

Anyhow, yesterday when the doctor drew my blood, I looked and felt uneasy seeing and feeling the needle in my arm and the blood being withdrawn. He said my hand went cold and asked if I was okay and wanted to lie down but I declined as I didn't feel too bad and needed to get to college! After I had left, crossed the road and was sitting on the bus I began to feel nauseous and a little bit lightheaded like how I've felt when I was about to faint before, but not so bad. The thing is I didn't feel like this last time & the symptoms lasted for the rest of the day and now the next day I still feel a bit nauseous and woozy kind of.

My question is (finally), could the fact that I'm quite anemic and the doctor took two vials of blood from my arm be the reason for me still feeling like this? Is it that my body hasn't fully recovered?

This is important to me as I'm battling with the fact that I may be pregnant (smallest smallest posibility) and I don't know if this nausea is a symptom of pregnancy, though I doubt as it only started after the blood test. I am the biggest worrier there is, my mother always calls me a hypochondriac but I need to know.

I started going to the gym around 2/3 months ago and I have seen improvements in fitness and some weigh loss. The only thing is I've lost my hips... the part where panties sit at the side is flat, then my thighs come out. I want it to be fully rounded, like an hourglass. Any advice or tips? I really want a flat stomach so should I minimize cardio and focus on crunches and ab workouts?

The sound on my computer was working fine up until recently when I turned it on and the sound wasn't working. I don't have speakers so I listen through headphones, but the headphones aren't broken. When I opened Xear 3d audio configuration and clicked the tester sounds, the sound was working fine through the headphones but when I listen via the internet or itunes, there seems to be no sound. I've tried just about everything, is there anyone out there who knows what the problem may be and how to fix it? Would appreciate it a lot =]

Theres this song by Chris Brown (Gonna Be My Girl) that me and my friends have practised and want to perform. The only problem is that we don't have the instrumental and can't find it anywhere.
