  • My cat started panting today when I took her to a new house?

My cat is panting with her mouth open sometimes and her belly is moving up and down faster than my other cats does.

I'm visiting my parents house and I took my two cats with, and this is the first time they've ever been here. There's no other animals here and my cat that is panting is acting very scared of the new environment.

Could this panting be because she's stressed and scared to be in a new place?

  • How to mask cat litter smell?

I have two litter boxes for my 2 cats and unfortunately one is in the living room. It is uncovered (because the vet said one should be covered, and one uncovered).

It leaves a very unpleasant smell lingering in the living room. We use incence and candles to try and mask it but it doesn't always work.

Is there anything to pour over the litter to mask smell that is save for cats? Or any other solutions you have come across?

  • Why is my cat starting to pee on furniture?! How do I make it stop?

My 3 year old cat just recently started peeing on furniture. She was peeing on the recliner chair every night. Finally I put something on top of it, so tonight she peed on my bed instead. I thought if it were a urinary tract infection, she'd have accidents- but she's peeing in the same spot over and over again.

I did get a new kitten, but that was four months ago and she only just started peeing on furniture. They do share a litter box but by choice. I originally gave them their own separate boxes, but they both were using the same one and didnt seem to mind so I narrowed it down to one.

    What is going on?!

  • Which mineral is most soluble? (chemistry equation)?

The question is- Which mineral calcite (CaCO3) or gypsum (CaSO4), is most soluble (yields the most Ca in solution) if [CO3^2-] = [SO4 ^2-] = 10^-3 M? Assume activity equals concentration.

I'm really lost on how to solve this question.

    Any help is appreciated.

  • Starting a different kind of birth control pill, how should I start it?

I stopped taking my old birth control pills the second day of the second week, then bleed for a few days. I haven't taken ANY pill for about a week now. So if I never stopped my old pill pack, I'd be 5 days away from my period.

When should I start my new pills?

  • What does "credit card utilization" mean on my credit score?

My credit score keeps going down because of my "credit card utilization". I have no idea what that means and what I'm doing to cause it to keep going down because of it.

It says "Credit card utilization is defined as your total credit card balances divided by your total credit card limits. "

So what could I be doing wrong? What should I be doing to make it better?

  • Do indoor cats really need to get shots once a year?

I have two cats and I'm questioning if I really need to take them to the vet once a year to get shots, if they stay indoors 100% of the time. My two cats are never exposed to other cats either, except for the two of them. Is it still necessary to get their yearly shots?

I just took my 2 year old cat to get her yearly shots and she had a reaction to them, throwing up a lot. I'm asking because I don't want her to get sick from them every year if it's not necessary.

  • Which vitamins are best for hair/nails/skin?

I've taken Biotin before, but I've just heard about Silica. So far I've heard good things about Silica, but does anyone have experience with it? Is it better than Biotin? And in which form?

Is it okay to take both biotin AND silica?

  • How to separate living area from bedroom in a studio apartment type space?

I'm moving into a "bachelor" type condo so the living area and sleep area are connected. What's a good way to separate them? Since it's a condo, I can't add on to the condo (can't put bolts into the wall or add a permanent divider). Also, I don't want people sitting on my bed when they come over and I'd prefer for them to "know" that they should stay in the living part so I want the two areas to be obviously separated. Thanks!

  • What supplies do I need to bleach my hair from brown to blonde?

I watched a video of a girl bleaching it and she bought so many products! I don't know if it's necessary or not. She had bleach, protein filler, shampoo, conditioner, blonde hair dye, and a couple more things.

What do I need for sure? And do I need to deep condition after?

  • Will Clonazepam 1mg (Klonopin) work the first time I take it?

I have a fear of flying, so I NEED something to calm me down so I don't have a panic attack.

Flights are the only time I have panic attacks, so I don't have a prescription.

My friend has Clonazepam 1mg that I can take, but I want to know if this will work for me the first time I take it before my flight. Is that dosage high or low?

My cat recently has been dropping her toys in the toilet and fishing them out. I came home and found that she had puked a couple times. It could be from something else, or maybe the toilet water toy?
