I get this feeling when I either am exited or frustrated then try to calm down, it feels like I am either being sucked/pulled out of my body very fast, I am being thrown upwards 100 miles and then thrown back down repeatedly very fast , or I am about 1 to 2 feet directly above my body with some parts overlapping(vision feels odd aswell). I get this odd tingly feeling when I am exited or frustrated in my lower back, forearms, and legs. I was told it has something to do with anxiety by a friend but I'm not sure. What is this? is it normal?

After many years of wanting to look a certain way I finally mustered the self confidence to do it, now unfortunately I have to deal with people staring at me and giving me dirty looks.

It hurts a lot when you walk by a group of people and you can hear them talk about you, how do I handle it?

It seems to me that anyone can rip on pop (a very very popular genre) without anyone being offended but when you bash metal (not nearly as popular) you get pulled into a back ally and stabbed.

Why is this, do no pop fans ever defend their beloved genre?
