She is addicted to David Bowie and Labrynth. I have managed to get her the first volume of the comics and am desparately trying to find volumes 2 and 3 to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas where in the UK I can find them. Have tried E-Bay and Amazon but am now going bald through pulling my hair out ! She is an avid collector and have managed to find her a rare LP of his but am now scunnered ! HELP lol

Am on my high horse about the Gurkha's ! I have e mailed my MP re the Gurkha Justice motion being debated in Parliament tomorrow.

Following Cherie Blair's declaration that Tony Blair will be held in the same esteem as Churchill and Mandy's subsequent return to government. Is it possible that Blair is planning a Churchillian return to power? Or am i being uber cynical.

I bought 2 pencil drawings of Winnie the Pooh out of a charity shop last year. They are signed EHS. Where would be the place to take them to see if they are originals ? Probably won't be but nothing ventured !

A cranky snake (I have boa constrictor) I cleaned her tank out today and she was making it difficult to say the least ! Then when she is all nice and clean what does she do ! Pee's and poo's ! Anyone fancy coming over to clean it up lol for me lol.

A non current events and seem to turn into an abusive site. What is it with people that think they can abuse people and get away with it ? Just because we type down what we think on here it does not make it real life. It's an opinion we give and that's it. No two people will ever agree on everything but can we not agree to dis-agree ? After all is not what this is all about. Resorting to insults is cheap to say the least.

I looked at a question in here and got sidetracked by a phone call. Some one asked how to deal with a friend who died. My answer is from myself who lost my best friend in '99.

She died from cancer after her daughter was born. She was buried in the same grave as her son who was 3 yrs old. She died a month after him. All I can say is it does get better for us. The best thing and the worst thing for me is seeing her daughter grow up. She is so much like her Mum that she never knew. I love my best pal Ann to this day and I will never ever stop missing her

It's a fekkin joke in here and I for one am really pished off with it. I answer most of the questions then have to go and slap myself for baiting ! Can we all get back to the news and events without the chatters ?

It's a new day tomorrow, can we all have a week when there is no racial tension, no bullying just being nice. It upsets me to see some of the things written on here and there really is NO need for it.

This is a current event board so instead of all the awful things that some people are posting can we please just have some healthy debate, or have we all forgotten what that was ?
