I have an old piano that I wish to strip the horrid yellow paint off. I tried using stripper, but it was awful, and now my piano looks horrendous, with orange gooey stuff on it. I want to find something less messy, and more importantly, less carcinogenic. Any suggestions?

Last year I grew cucumbers, but they got the mosaic virus, so this year I planted them elsewhere. After feeding them, they grew HUGE within days, and got dusty with white powder what caused that? More importantly, how can I prevent the Mosaic virus it destroys plants. Any ideas?

I watch Silent Hill for the first time..actually..i watched it through twice over. When exactly does Rose and her daughter die? How? What about the vehicle? Are they stuck in limbo forever? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

This is my third year gardening, so far I have grown tomatoes, green beans,cucumbers,green peppers, I would like to broaden my garden and am looking for suggestions or ideas on what would do best.

Went to play Sims Seasons today, only to find all of the houses and families I created GONE. Vanished, nowhere to be found. Wtf? What could cause this to happen? Is it fixable? A glitch?

This is just madness. I never used to get sick until I sent my son to headstart. Ever since December we have both been sick with colds at least on a monthly basis. Which unfortunately seems to always happen at a very bad time of the month for me. Grrr. Is this normal? Are we always going to get sick? Is there any pointers to prevent us from getting sick all the time? Surely, this cannot be very healthy being sick constantly.

If kids are contagious and sick, they should not be at school, hands down. It goes both ways though right? Why does the school *let* a sick kid stay in school? CDC says keep em home. Any thoughts?

Obviously, what goes on in fur farms is disgusting terrible torrture. From what I have seen, they should be criminally charged with animal cruelty.

However, the traditional hunters and some remaining Indians still wear furs and hides. It is considered an insult and wasteful to not use all parts of an animal, and using the animal's fur is a way of honoring them. How do you feel? Serious thoughts and opinions are welcomed!

I am an avid biker going on two years now. It's spring so I dragged out my partner in crime bike. As always the same thing happens. It was a good ride, only about 4 1/2 miles, which I completed in about 23 min.(yeah horrible timing I know, third day back at it) anyhow, did good got my heart rate up and was sweating. By the time I get home I am ravenously hungry. Will protein curb the hunger? I also noticed my endurance is far better if I bike within a few hours of waking up, why is that? Any suggestions? Thanks. : D

One of my cats came in last weekend sneezing, I tried to keep him outside but he kept coming in, and of course wouldn't you know it..the other two cats are now sneezing a lot. I am mainly worried about my ten yr old girl kitty :( I listened to her breathing and it doesn't sound as if her lungs are affected...but her nose is clearly congested. There's lots of sneezing, (probably 7-9 times an hour.) Her eyes are fine, and she isn't acting any different. Still runs to the food dish, lol. Just looking for any suggestions..I hear it cost $130-$350 to take a cat to the vet just for a stupid cold, what a rip off. Right now that can't be done. Any ideas?

I was on livejournal updating my entries, lost my connection and refreshed the page. I was sent to this link, filled with Latin text. I was curious so naturally I used a translator..and got weird partial sentences about strange things. As in when are there less tourists, so one can get a feel for what the Russian life is like minus all the annoying tourists? I am particularly interested in visiting St. Petersburg, Minsk,& Vladivostok. Perhaps Moscow, but I've heard people are not as pleasant there. Hopefully, I could time it so to as meet Valery Gergiev, that would be pretty neat! All answers are welcomed and thanks for your time!
