ladies please dont lexure me ive gotton enough. what i need is advice. No, i dont have a mom to turn to i live ina house with my dad and 5 brothers.

that being said, a little over a month ago i had sex for the first time with my boyfriend elijah. No, i did not plan this it just happened. There was no protection used what so ever and it haunts me every single day since. 2 and a half weeks later i was expecting my period wich comes on a regular basis at that date. that being said i was quite freaked out when it never came ..4 days later still waiting 6 days still waiting.. and finally it comes. but im a very tiny athletic girl and my periods have always been light and easy. this time ive been on for a little over a week and every single day its a very heavy flow and im in ALOT of pain. is there a possibility for pregnancy ? i mean i got my period so i should be clear right ? but there just seems to be something out of the ordinary. and any adice on how to ask my dad to see a ''lady doctor'' so i can possibly get a pill so this wont happen again. im 16

tonight i have a date with this kid that lives near me named jason, were just going to hang out because last night was the first night we officialy 'talked' and he kissed me so im pretty sure he likes me. The thing is idk like we are going to hang tonight just us alone and he has a car now and i think im just nervous as to what to wear what to expect because were texting now but hes not really telling me much if that makes sense? idk maby im just nervous and needed a place to rant, any advice for tonight? thankyou<3

i am a freshman in high school 14 on *jv* cheer and in my english class wich is advanced so alota my friends in it are older is where i met this boy shaun who is 17 we became pretty close fast and thats when get kissed me one day at the park and we are only getting closer. (but never officialy bf gf)

something about it just doesnt feel right he is going to be 18 soon. and dont get me wrong i really like him its just alot of his friends go by the 'modo' find them **** them and forget them and i guess im just affraid of that.

i really dont know what to do and i really like him alot but i dont know if im to young and i dont want to get hurt.

i live at home with me my mom my dad my sister my brothers (2)

we all get along for the most part except for the usual sibling rivalry

you can expect for 4 siblings exept for my sister, she seems to be

very very very esily aggitated when she becomes mad she seems to hit

or turns to violence like she took the tv remote and threw it at my head

although it sounds funny discribing it all i was doing was playing with the

dog she was annoyed at me playin with him throwing the toy so her anser

instead of telling me to stop was throughing the remote and it hit my head,

my point being is she is so easily set off and she turns to violence or yelling

or some crazy expresive emotion or just crys, this has been going on for 3 weeks

we live in a normal house hold christian/jewish family no exposure to domestic violence

im afraid shes going to get worse my mom is like in dinial or something because shes

just like its a phase be careful around her da da da but idk, she violent and angry and

she used to be so sweet and play ful

im just wondering if you guys think this is a phase

and i shouldnt worry its like her mood is changing

constantly and am worried what do you think am i over reacting?

I have been a dancer and a performer all of my life.

i wanted to expand and try out for my high school

jv chear team. Im a very shy person and i think

i would be great for my confidence and something

i could really devote myself to and be good at.

the problem is i am a dancer i dont know much

about chear or what to expect at tryouts in a few months

can anybody give me ideas on what to expect what to

work on and how to prepare i cant spend much on

the preparation because i have to be able to pay for

the uniform and all of the stuff ''if i make the team''

Got my period for the first time today, first thing i did was use a pad but after about an hour with a very large amount of blood i quickly got discusted and asked my mom if i could use slim tampons, she hesatinly said yes and its so much easier!

but is it bad that im just starting my period and using tampons?

shud i suck it up and wait till im older?

also i dance 6 hours a week so u wud think it would be easier?

just got my period for the first time this morning and im totaly freakin out!!

her or what to expect how long does this last? my stomach hurts so bad and

i cant eat.. should i take tylonal? can i use tampons so early cuz pad totaly grose me out?

i only hav acsess to a trampoline once a month if that but do hav 24 7 acsess to a local grass park.

so any tips on getin backhandspring. im very flexible an elite dancer and in good shape 95 lbs an 52.

Im going shopping tonight for unifor when the first day of school is tommorow! im going to the local mall called the fashion show they basically have every store its a huge mall.

Our school attire is red white blue and khaki we have to were khaki pants and solid red white blue shirts can anyone sent me links on how to dress like this but with like a fashionable touch? i dont hav a strict buget cuz i really only get new clothing for school.....

The other night we were all hangin out by the bbq pits playin a game.

the game was spin the bottle. we play it diffrently so when its ur turn you spin it four times and you kiss all four so i did and i kissed all four.

so then it was my friends turn she did not act at all nervous she was playin it cool cuz we r 14 and they were like 16. so she did it and turns out that was here first kiss. when we went inside she was like i think im going to puke i was like uhoh y? and she finnally told me it was her first kiss. so she SEVERLY REGRETS it and i told her it didnt count but she is veryy sad:( i dont no what to do. every girl wants there first kiss to be special and sweet and i guess so did she so she is very sad and i dont no what to do do you think she will get over it

first off let me start by saying im not a sl*t or a h*e.

i love to dance, i am trying out for a team in augest. i had to quit dancing in may because of knee surgery i am almost ready to go back but it seems i have lost all flexiblity! i used to have a 2in over split right left and center and now it seams as if i can barley do my splits. i am taking a two week team prep class 2hours 2x per week but do you have any tips or excercizes? im desperate

I was running from second to third and was about to slide, i actually heard a lound cracking crossed with a ripping sound but still countinued. then when i ran home!(: i was in an extreme pain and i looked at it when i was in the doug out it was instantly swollen and purplish i can bend it but cant streighten it and my mom still hasnt taken me in to get it checked mean while i cant walk. we dont have insureance so do you think i should still get it checked out, i am in alota pain so any tips are appreciated!! im 13yrs old as well

so im basically that shy girl at school. But outside i am a competitive dancer and softball player. Im in 8th grade. So i got a swimsuit and i was going to use it for modeling, the bottoms were a tad big so my mother took me to get them hemmed. i put the suit on and the lady was pinning it when the most popular guy in school walked in! the lady saw me turn away an announced loud is that your crush! when i egnored her she only announced louder ''is that your crush make a move your in a bikini'' an let go of the bottoms wich almost fell down! He is in my classes and im very embaresed! also he wont talk to me was he just as embaresed as i was?

i was in first period (i goto school in cali) and i was bored then all the sudden a note appeared on my desk. it was from the hottest guy in school an im in love with him! so i was like hey an passed it back. then he wrote back who do u like, of course i didnt put him MISTAKE i put no one but jake is pretty hot. thats what i responded then hbu? he said i think you are amazingly cute an pretty (no homo) then he was like pass it back i have to add something then when he was writting the teach took it away we havnt talked since whats this mean ''i think you are amazingly cute an pretty (no homo)'' mean specifically the decieving no homo thing huuuh?

i just cant take it anymore my mom will go into a bad mood act like she doesnt care about anything and go in her room turn into a monster, my dad will go sit in his chair and through himself a lets feel bad for me party (pitty party) mean while me an my sister are ALWAYS stuck in the middle im now turning into a teanager wich makes it all the more worse:( help!?
