I got 2 African dwarf frogs today for my 29 gallon tank. The tank also has 10 neon tetras, a few ghost shrimp, a black racer snail, and a pleco. No violent fish or anything that should scare them. They've been in the tank for about 2 hrs now and have still not come up for air. They sat at the bottom for a bit then both went offor and tried finding hiding spots. Now they just stay completely still excepterodactyl for occasionally lifting their heads up to look around. Is this normal behavior for them?

She swims with her school sometimes...but a majority of the time she stays in the same dark place in the tank. Is this normal for neon tetras to do? She's done this for about a week(I know she's a girl. I have 6 females and 2 males.

I have a large tank for my betta (29 gal)...so as you can imagine, it looks quite empty. I have gravel in the bottom and I've never had live plants so I'm not sure if I need some type of dirt or sand? Also, is there something other than light and water that these plants will need?

A list of some beautiful smaller fish to add to the tank would be nice as well. Thank you!

My acrylic saltwater aquarium is leaking and I need somewhere to put my clownfish. I have a 29 gallon top fin aquarium but that's it. I don't have money to buy a new aquarium....so will the top fin aquarium work until I can find something else???

I just moved back in with my parents because I'm starting school this fall. I've been on a healthy diet since I moved out and now I'm eating their unhealthy food again. I'm gaining weight, covered in stretch marks, and weigh more than I ever have. They do not buy anything healthy, not even apples. The healthiest thing I've been able to find is eggs but after cracking one open, It smelled off..so I checked and it's about 2 weeks expired. I can't find a job cause nobody will hire someone that's about to move away for school. What do I do? I can't even exercise because all of this unhealthy food makes me so sick when I run or work out in any way. Please help me

Im 21. My parents agreed that if I moved back in with them to go back to college they would support me(pay for my bills, food, etc.) when I lived on my own I was finally healthy and I had always been severely underweight before living on my own because my parents wouldn't feed me. Now I'm back, and my family does not eat healthy. I'd look for a job, but I start school this summer, and I'm going to be a full time student studying at one of the hardest schools in my area and majoring in one of the hardest majors. So working doesn't seem like a possibility right now, especially since I'm about to move 45 min away for school.

Since moving back in, and going back to their unhealthy diet.. Exercise makes me sick, I'm falling into a deep depression, and I'm very lazy and have no energy. I don't know what to do..but if I can't get back to my healthy ways soon, I won't be able to make it when I get to school.

My dog is a sweetheart. Until she meets someone she doesn t know. I live with my parents while I m trying to get through college and I am not allowed to have friends over so it s hard to help her meet new people. However the other night I was staying with a friend and we had to go to my house for something late at night and my dog started growling at her. She s also done this to my dads friends and my little sisters boyfriend a few times. What do I do?

My hair has never been dyed before and now I ve dyed it black and navy blue. The hair dresser gave me a small bottle of Paul Mitchell original awapuhi shampoo and said to wash as soon as I got home. So I did. Then I was told by my sister that you re not supposed to wash it for 24 hours or longer. the color still looks just as good as it did when it was first done but my sister said when she first started and didn t know you re supposed to wait hers always came out after the second wash. What do I do!?

I drink daily. A couple days ago I got drunk and confessed to my mom (I am 21) and she took the alcohol and hid it. It's driving me into a mad rage. I stayed up all night waiting for her to get up and leave for work so I could look for it. Is is wise of her to hide it from me? I'm going insane and don't know what to do

I moved back in with my parents last summer because I had crippling depression after my last dog was killed. After a couple of months my parents encouraged me to get a new dog. So I did. My moms dogs are very violent towards my dog even though she is much bigger than them. So my mom says she has sto stay in my room and is not allowed to come out unless I'm taking her out. I was letting her go out and run around the yard a few hours a day until my neighbor shot at her for being in his yard. So now if she goes out its on a lead. What do I do? I feel like a bad parent cause she's always locked up. My sister is talking trash about me for not taking care of my dog. She got a new puppy a few days ago that gets along fine with my moms dogs so it's allowed anywhere in the house. She has not let it out or fed it once since she got it. I'm the only one that's done anything. I even told her to feed it about 24 hours after she got it and she said "she'll be fine a few more hours I'm taking a nap." I just feel so guilty about not being able to play with my dog and give her the attention she needs but I'd die if I had to get rid of her

So my wedding day is coming up fast. And I honestly think I want to be married in a dress. For those of you who don't know what bigender is, I pretty much feel like I'm male and female. What I'm dressed like depends on who I'm around and how I feel.

I am 20 years old. I'm gay and very self conscious of how I look and dress. I haven't been shopping since I was 15 and all of my clothes are entirely too small. I actually just went to the mall yesterday and tried on THOUSANDS of dollars worth of clothes. I just looked into the mirror in the dressing room and cried. I literally only own a few t-shirts, a couple polos, old wore out jeans, basketball shorts, and a few old crappy pair of tennis shoes. I'm not comfortable showing my face anywhere cause I cant dress up. My psychiatrist does not want me working right now because I have recently had 4 suicide attempts and they all occurred at work because that's where I'm most stressed. I've begged my parents just to buy me 1 shirt and some jeans and my psychiatrist has recommended they buy me a compete new wardrobe because being extremely self conscious is what makes me want to attempt suicide. But they don't believe that making me comfortable will help. What do I do?

I've been engaged for over a year. We took a 3 month break starting in February because I had him arrested and we weren't allowed to talk. During that time, I fell in love with someone that did not want to date. So after I finally accepted the fact he wouldn't be with me, I went back to my fiancé. Now I miss the guy I fell in love with so much. I just cried for 2 hours cause I saw some pictures he posted on facebook. What do I do?
