in november i discovered that i have been cheatedbtwo years ago. since then my marriage has been a roller coaster. we have been together for over 10 years. and i really want to save my marriage. We went to s counselor and on the second appoint. he said he does not love me anymore that he wants to be alone. he wont leave. i have tried formweeks to ask him to leave for once and all and he wont. the counselor told him to leave for three days and he didint. when i have him home i feelmlike he wants to stay, but he wont say he will stay. he swears that he does not have someone in his life and thatnhe does have "feelings for me" but that something ( he does not know what) is telling him he needs to go on his own. he is 37 we have three kids 18-13 and7. what is that is wanting to make him think that he needs to go. what is strong enough to leave not me, but his family, his kids, his home? he doesnt know and i. ertsinly dontmknow either and the counselor ...i dont even know about her!

I have been having sever arm pain on my right arm for months. It has progressed from small shocking feelings to pain on my neck and right arms sometimes left. My family doctor has not been able to figure out what is it. He reffered me to a Rheumatologist, but I have been reading about some people that go to a Cardiovascular Surgeon and Orthopedic Doctor, The pain is worst when I lay on my back. What would be the best Doctor to find out what is this? Is awful and painful. Should I go to a Rheumatologist, Orthopedic, Cardivascular, Neurologis Where to who? I am desperate.

My mother recently moved with me. SHe is a US Citizen, Divorce. She does not work, is dissable and partially blind. She is 63. her income is 0. She does not have 40 credits, she only has 25 credits. She lives from what we give her (kids) I am the only one in the United States. I know that she can apply for SSI, I just want to know if my INCOME will affect in the application process. One of the questions they ask is if she buys or rents, and really is neither, so what do we put? And they ask proof of residency, she lives with me in my house, the only mail she receives is from social security. If you have any info on this please let me know. Thank you

Down Syndrom Children are people with SPECIAL NEEDS. Should minors with Down Syndrome be able to travel as unaccompany minors? In other words, do Airline Companies have the ability to give those special needs? are they trained? What are you thoughts on this?

When I asked them who told them that, they said: "the teacher always tell us that those are the babies in our classroom because they cant read, write or do ANYTHING! of course I redirected that and spoke to them about it and told them that there are no babies in their class. The question is not about if it is right of wrong, we know is wrong it is hummilliating...What would you do about this if you were me?

Parents: What would you do if you child calls you and tell you that the teacher needs to talk to you and then when he or she gives the phone to the teacher, they teachers ask you to tell your child to stay in his sit?

Teachers: How appropriate is this method (to call the parent for that) at the High School level?

If You read a book about a true story, related to the women that were either wives or lovers of famous Drugdealers, and by reading clue information in the book and investigating in the internet you can easily conclude the true Identity of the characters in the book, can the author be upset or insult me if I disclose my findings in a public post or forum? I read a book that has 6 characters. I reserached and found the identity of 4 of them. He emailed me upsest telling me that I do not need to disclose that information. Ok. We have been married 7 years. He works with a lot of females. There is one in Particular that is 22 years iold (he is 33), she is married. she calls him often, and text him sometimes...He says is about work, and that they are friends. It bothers me because he does not have this kind of realtionship with any other girl at work. He says that he is not doing nothing wrong, that I should trust him. few months ago I asked her to stop calling him so much, but last monday, when I was out of the country they texted about 20 times in one hours. I do not like this, he knows it and she does too. I do not mind a couple messages here and there, but 18. and 10 minute calls. It is not that I am thinking that he likes her, I just dont think is right to give that kind of attention to another female, regardless the reason. Am I Overreacting? Should I let go of this situation?

I dont know if it is my imagination or what, but I just read a review about Angelina Jolie being one of the best dressed for the Golden Globes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? O.K. I need effective answers here. I have a friend that has been here for many years. Her visa experied and she stayed here, because she fell in love with a dude. He engaged to her, but never married her, now they have a kid that was born here. They live together and soon it will be 7 years that they have been living together. Since they are not married her immigration status is in the air. This guy now is cheating on her and manipulating her and telling her she will have to accept the abuse, because if she doesnt, he will send her back to her home country and take her baby away from her. She is desperate and taking all this crap from this guy. WHAT CAN SHE DO? This man is a MONSTER>>>> The State is FLorida.

I have had sudden pains on my left side right where my heart is. The best way I can describe them are like electrical shocks. I have try going online and tried to find out what this could be, but I cant find any answers. I have gone to the Dr. in the past, but when they check me I am fine. It has been a while and the pain feels stronger each time I feel it. What could this be? Should I be concern? It is like a big Bee Sting me.

I have had problems with a fafily that lives near me. They have had probelms with their kids for being bullies. My son Told me last week that this child wanted to hit him for fun. I wnt to the school twice because all this happened before and after the school picks them up and drops them. Finally the child did hit my child today. I went to their home adn the father said that indeed he did tell his child to hit my child, because my child hit him at school and made hi tooth loose. This is not true, because the school has no record of this. I made a police file and there will be an investigation. Can I call CPS on this parent telling his child to bit up otehr children? Is that a valid report. CPS means Child Protective Services. I am also planning on going to the school because I warned them about this. It did not happened on school grounds, but it all started there. What elese can I do?

I am a Teacher and I am also a parent. I have noticed that my children dont do good in the classes where the teacher has a reputation of being the "mean" teacher. Last year when school started, my 8th grader was failing science the first six weeks. His friends and him talked about how mean this [particular teacher was, and she was known as the "mean" teacher. I requested for him to be moved to another class and he went from an F to an A. I am having the same problem with my 4th grader. He is a excellent student, but he is scared of this particular teacher, who has given him a 48 and a 68 in two assignments. This child has never gotten a C in his life. He has A's in all other classes. Should I go and tell this teacher that she is known as the "mean" teacher among her students? Should I guide her and tell her that the approach she is using is not the best? I dont have another way out, there is no other science teacher; I am afraid she will take it on my child, but he does not do well with mean teachers. What Should I do?

Teachers: WHat would you do if a child comes to school with a note from a parent saying: My child did not do the homework because he did not understand it and he could not do it. Is the parent responsible for teaching academics at home? Or the parent should reinforce what it is thaught at school? Isnt the teacher responsible for addressing the needs of every single student? What are your thoughts on this matter.
