    I have the option of being wed to the most beautiful woman in the world with a wonderful little girl from a previous marriage. We are young, in our late teens and early twenties. We will begin making a life for each other as best as we can, and with a love that is born of a very strong friendship, Or I can do as my faith asks and loose her by serving my God for space of about two years.

  • Whats happened to self control self discipline and self restraint?

    Really everybody keeps acting along the lines of, everything is okay as long as it's not murder or rape... so long as we're not caught. Sex isn't anything special anymore it's just something everybody does and to hell with the consequences I'll just use a condemn. and Love will save us all.

    What happened to those virtues? Why is it that it's now okay to become a slave to base and lewd emotions? I simply don't understand

    Here in the United States we have the Democrats and the Republicans. And Joe Leiberman, but we won't talk about the him. In the state of Utah ( a dominant republican state) There is a senate race between Mike Lee and Sam Granato. Republican and Democrat respectively. Neither are incumbents and both are major party candidates. There happens to be a third. The only person who could actually give Mike Lee a run for his money. Scott Bradley. He is a member of the Constitution Party. A third party in the State of Utah. Now in most debates, and opinion polls he's not included as an option. SO, with this example what do you think of the two idiot, err party system, and the media's constant aid in it's continuation?

    So there is African American History Month, Hispanic Heritage month, Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. So is there any reason why there can't be a kind of European Heritage month or week or day or something? After all we have a Heritage as well ya know.

  • So now I'm sure, How do I let her know I love her?

    I'm a hopeless romantic, and I could use some advice, How do I let this young lady Know I love her in a way that will take her breath away time and time again when she remembers it.

    I'm 18 she's 17, I'm sure she returns the feelings. I'm sure I love her. Sex is not in any way an option for two reasons, We are Christian and follow an organized religion which makes a very clear point on that issue, and two because it's very much illegal in the state wherein I reside along with all 49 others and the various Commonwealths and Territories of the United States.

  • Internet Neutrality-Need help understanding for Debate.?

    I have a Congress Resolution that is on my desk that is telling me we need a neutral Internet System.

    The provisions fo this Bill are,

    A. Consumers will not be limited in their access to a lawful content on the Internet regardless of host.

    B. Applications Traffic access that is classified as Lawful activity will not be restricted by providers

    C. All Legal and Licensed devices will not be restricted in their ability to communicate with a provider's Network, Wireless or wierd.

    D. Full disclosure of information in relation to service plans and services to the consumer is required.

    E. Network maintenance procedures must be transparent and documented in brief unless ruled otherwise by the FCC on the Case-by-case basis.

    These are the provisions of the bill Itself. However, any information that you could give me on what this possibly means would be great. Like what the heck is the Internet Neutrality Idea. Anything would help.

    About a year ago. A young lady told me she loved me. It took only three months before she became very scared of the fact that I might return these feelings. Though at the time I was debating with my self heavily weather or not I actually wanted to return these feelings because our faiths where and still are very very different. I believe in God and all that Jazz. I'm a Christian Right. She's more of a Moral Atheist I guess. I don't know exactly how to put it but I guess that gets the concept across right?

    She proceeded to tell me that she wanted to "run away from her fears" and all the Ideas that normally come with that mindset. It'll never work out, I don't love you anymore, Please leave.

    So without another word I left and for the better part of a year I hadn't spoken to her . So when I met her again I began to socialize very formally with her. Though I still see her looking in my direction. If I do something wrong and this causes an argument (we are on a debate team so we have very pointed opinions, she being a little more to the left me to the right.) she'll apologize to me. She can't give me much eye contact, and when ever I'm around or near enough to notice she'll avoid all eye contact

    No there is the back ground thanks for sticking with me here. My question is should I talk to her again or just let it all fade into the abyss that is memory. because in about four more months that's what it will become. I'll go off to Basic (Navy) and never Speak to her or see her again.

    I really don't want to be a creeper or anything. I've gone out of my way to make sure I don't appear that way to her. I've given her space and all the trappings. Even so I find myself asking this question because I desire a second opinion having only myself to give myself an answer, and I can't come to an answer. When you answer please say why.

  • Catholic Mass Description?

    I plan on attending a Catholic Mass this Christmas. I've been to one before, but understood little. I can't really find an actual outline of the mass and what the congregation is to do.

    In short I need a step by step description of A Catholic Midnight Mass, and what the congregation is supposed to do. I do understand though so you don't need to tell me, I'm not in communion and I don't plan on taking the Eucharist I just want to attend a Catholic Mass

  • Who gives Human Rights, Who can take them Away?

    What gives people their rights.

    The Magna Carta of the Kingdom of England, Lordship of Ireland, The Dukedom of Normandy, and Aquitaine, And the Earldom of Anjou, was Given by the King. (It was forced upon him by the Aristocracy of course) but the King (by the Grace of God) Had the Authority to give them and to take them away.

    The United States Of America's Declaration of Independence Claims these are given by a "Creator" Allowing for there to be a higher Authority who is the only one who can take them away, and that the Goverments of men where ment to protect these rights.

    "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights"

    But when you read the United Nations "Declaration of Human Rights" there is no acknowledgment of anything higher than Humanity. so it is Possible to interpret this fact as the "greater part of Humanity" can deprive the lesser of there "Human rights" am I wrong?

    The United Nations. does say that no person can take rights away so... the question is up Who Gives rights and who has the authority to give them and why is it that those who give them has no right to take them away, in which case isn't that a rather illogical?

    I'm a 16 very close to 17 year old looking to going into the Chaplin's Field in the navy. I know I have to go to college and I'm looking at colleges and I know I need my Masters of Divinity, and a Religious church's sponsor.

    I just want to know what a Chaplin does and how he does it. does he get deployed on ships, what kind of ships, can he or will he do other jobs on Navel vessel he is serving on. ( i wouldn't mind that)

    I would like, if you please, be as descriptive as possible, longest isn't Always best but I would like to know the answers to these in detail.
