I am a 16 year old girl who is in counseling and taking medication for generalized anxiety disorder, and I show some signs of Depression. I recently had a few small disappointments and they have accumulated into a downturn. I won't see my counselor for a few more days and would like to know if anyone has any ideas on how to feel better until I see her.

He has an older computer with Windows Vista Home Premium. We can't figure out how to get it on the internet. The internet works fine, since I am on it with my computer. It says something about the settings, but I don't know how to change the settings. If anyone knows what to do or knows a good guide, can you tell me? Thanks

So there was a hover board in mass production and it was thin and blue. When I went to school, the teachers told me that it was a "hover board day" and their were no actual classes. I guess it was my way of making a flying dream somewhat logical. Anyway, later (almost like a sub-dream) I was walking with my guy friend to my locker (which in the dream was on the other side of the school than where it usually is) and then the guy I liked came up behind me and started singing a song about not wanting to regret not doing something, but it was "what hurts the most". I was thinking "I can't believe this is real! I usually just imagine things like this" and then realized it wasn't, but we started dating in the dream anyway. I remember this dream better than most, so can anyone explain what it may mean? If it helps, I'm 16. I'd appreciate no flat out rude answers.
