I'm trying to lose some fat and maintain a healthy weight. I have been eating healthy and I've been using Giardiniera for my sandwiches. The label says 25 calories per tbl spoon, but it just seems too good and flavorful. Plus, it's in a jar full of oil and vinegar.

I got two tickets for a broken headlight and failing to show my insurance card on time. Its my first tickets and my first time in traffic court and I dont know what to do. The cop said they will likely drop it if I show proof I had insurance and got my headlight fixed. Do I have to plead not guilty to plead my case? I'm not sure what goes on during court.

I live in Illinois around the Chicago suburbs, and I just got a ticket for a broken headlight and a failure to have an insurance card even though I forgot it at home. The cop said that if I get my light fixed and bring my receipt to court they will let it go. Also, if I show proof of my insurance card they will also let it go. I was just wondering if this is true, because I don't want to go to court and have me pay the fines even though cop said they would let it go. I might as well pay the fines and not waste my time.

Also, is there a way to change my court date? I am suppose to do a volunteer trip for school and my court date falls in the middle of that week. I'd hate to have to tell my classmates that I cannot go.

I'm working on a water filtration project using only kitchen items. It's sort of a contest at school and were graded on timing, minimum water loss, cleanliness, turbidity, pH, and ultra-violet light absorbency. The water used may be from a lake with additional additions made by my teacher and we have to filter 15 gallons. We are not allowed to use any appliances either, and charcoal coffee filters or any type of item used mainly for water filtering is not allowed.

Right now my plan is to filter large items using sieve bowls, medium items with cloth towels, and small particles using burnt toast, rice, or oregano and coffee filters. Then I may add bleach or vinegar with baking soda to kill bacteria while keeping the pH neutral. I heard silk is good too but im not sure.

If anyone has any great ideas I would love to hear them. Also I'm not sure if some of my methods above will work, so any input would be helpful.

My goal is to filter under 10 minutes while still having pretty clean water. I also want to keep my water loss minimal.

Well my ex and I broke up about six months ago because she left me for someone else. Well we recently started talking again and we slept together twice already acting like nothing ever changed betwee us. But now she still goes back to him and I do not know what to do.

I just realized what kind of person she is using people to get what she wants. And it pains me knowing she lies to me, and her bf and how she just lives on pretending nothing happens. Well i'm done with it all and its hard to let go but I know I must. I just don't know if I should tell her current bf because I know he's a good guy and he deserves better. Should I just walk away or make her regret everything she did. I'm not one to get revenge but it would feel a little sweet but also because I don't want this guy to get hurt the same way I did.

In a thermodynamic cycle with four processes, does the sum of all KE equal zero, and also does the some of all PE equal zero?

I already know the internal energy U equals zero in a cycle, just wondering of the other energies do too.

Okay my gf decided to break up with me but now she came back and wants to work things out. We are still young in college so we still want to be independent of each other, but we both love each other dearly, and we want to be together. I was just wondering what I can do to keep her interest in me, without seeming to needy and desperate for her. At the same time I don't want her to think I have fallen out of love with her.
