I have latches on my brace not Velcro. And they are on the back. I like to sleep on my sides but every time I do they come undone. How should I sleep correctly and comfortably? It's a 23 hour brace also.

My little brother is in sixth grade and i'm trying to help him with his math but i cant figure it out either.

Here are the questions. The first one i have the answer for but for the second one i don't:

1. It takes Roger 7 hours to drive 441 miles. If he drives at a constant speed, what is his UNIT RATE in miles per hour?

(this is the one we need help on) 2. If Roger (from problem 1) drives for 10 hours, how far will he go?

I am a freshman in advanced women's chorus and theatre and fundamentals(beginners class) at my school and I am considering these classes as a possible future career. How do I improve my acting and take it to a whole new level? (There are other theatre/acting classes in my school that I want to do the next 3 years). Also, my singing is not the best. How do I improve my singing skills? (I've considered trying to get the Sing with Freedom program. Ive heard its extremely good but it's so expensive). Do you have any tips you could give me (possibly to advance this as a future career)?
