  • Will I be able to get another car?

My 2012 Nissan Versa Sedan was totaled after a person ran a red light and I T-boned them. I wasn't injured neither were they. This is my first accident ever and I do not know what will happen next. I owe a little more then what my car is worth so their insurance is covering what my car is worth and GAP is covering the rest of the amount, but since my car is totaled and I can't afford a down payment right now, will their insurance give me money or do I have to sue them for the money? I have limited tort on my insurance and do not know if that makes a difference, but I do not know what to do next.

  • What accounts are debited and credited?

The company received a bill for rent of equipment that was used on a recently completed job. The $1,451 rent cost must be paid within 30 days.

what is credited and what is debited? For some reason I do not know. I put Accounts Payable as debit and put Rent Equipment expense as a credit, but it doesn't look right. Is it the other way around?

  • starter bad on 2009 Toyota Matrix?

2009 Toyota Matrix with 52K on it. Most of the time when I start my car, as soon as I start it and turn the key, it makes an electric zzzzzz zzzzz sound. Sometimes it is really loud and other times it is barely noticeable. I had my battery and alternator tested at Advanced Auto and both are perfect. My car is under the used Toyota warranty, but I don't think a starter is covered under that and I don't feel like getting ripped off at this Toyota dealer if I decide to have them look at it.

  • Do I have to buy the car certified?

Found a Toyota certified used car. I got approved through my own credit union. I would like to buy the car, but I do not want all of that certified stuff and oil plans that go along with it that jack up the price. Will they allow me to just buy it without all of that stuff added to it? I wouldn't think so, but I thought I might ask because of course they will tell me I have too.

  • O2 sensor went bust again?

I am currently on vacation. I drove 1000 miles to Florida. Before I left, my check engine light came on and it was the O2 sensor. My car is still under warranty so the dealer put a new one in. All done and all set. On the way down to Florida, barely 300 miles, my check engine light comes on again. I put in that tester thing to get the codes and three codes pop up all related to a O2 sensor malfunction. What would cause my O2 sensor to go bust again???

  • What is in Obamacare that hurts small businesses?

My friend worked full time with great benefits and then today was told due to regulations in Obamacare that he is going to be reduced to part time and be eliminated of his health insurance. They said it was because of what is in Obamacare that the company started to have a deficit so they had to cut the hours to two people and one of them was my friend. I would get more to it, but he was too upset to talk. So what is in Obamacare that hurts small business owners that they have to cut hours of their employees?

  • what is this part called?

I drive a 2009 Toyota Matrix. When I get in my car and close the door, I grab the door handle and when I grab the door handle, the plastic cover that the power windows and door locks sits on gets really loose and I am afraid of it falling off and would like to get a new piece to replace. I just do not know what that piece is called.

  • How to fix a deep scratch on my car?

How do I fix a deep scratch? I have a deep scratch from what it looks like a shopping cart or a key. I bought a bottle of touch up paint, but what do I do first beofre using the touch up paint? I know the area has to be cleaned first, but to I use wax and sand it first? I heard sanding it and polishing it, but I also heard cleaning it well and just applying the touch up paint. What do I do first?

FYI- I plan on using a toothpick to apply the touch up paint.

  • How do I remove medical bill for credit report?

I had a medical emergency in high school and at that time, my father lost his job and this medical bill for $100 went to collections, so while I was in high school and just turned 18, this medical bill went to collections and before my credit even started, I had this bill already effecting my credit. I look on Experian and this bill is still there even though it says it has been paid. I look at another score and this debt is not even on that score. I have two different scores and they are about 100 points different because of this medical bill. Do I have to call this debt collection agency to remove this bill because it was paid or do I call the credit report. I do not think I deserve to have this one by score since I was still in high school and now it is effecting me getting credit cards and other loans.

  • CARFAX added accident after purchase?

I bought a Toyota Matrix in November of 2012 and knew of one accident that this car has been in. The carfax said it was in an accident in 2010 (primarily rear damage). When I was about to sign to purchase the car, I noticed that the front of the car (front passenger side) didn't look right and the salesman didn't know why and I asked him about the one accident and he said that one was nothing to worry about. I still bought the car anyways even though I knew about this one accident and knowing the front of the car didn't look right, not damaged, but not completely right, looked like it was fixed. Just a few days ago, I went to carfax and bought my carfax and found out that after I bought the certified pre-owned car that it was in another accident. The carfax added this accident after I bought it. It was added in Jan of 2013 and this accident happened in May of 2012 (Right front primarily damaged). Now I know why the front end doesn't look completely normal. Why did carfax add this months late and do you think the salesman knew about this and failed to tell me?

  • Is there trade-in possibility?

I have a 2009 Toyota Matrix and still owe 18K (warranties included) on it and only had it for four months. Do you think Toyota or another dealer of another brand will do a trade in on it since I only have had it for a few months and made four payments on it?

  • Do your muscles tense up during sleep paralysis?

I recently went to a sleep doctor for my sleep paralysis and he told that I have isolated sleep paralysis and then he told me that he thinks I have atonic seizures. It is where you are awake and your muscle tense up and you can't move. I don't think I have seizures because I have the same symptoms of sleep paralysis and have them when I am waking up or falling asleep. I told him that my sometimes back arches and my hands turn into a fist because they tense up during my sleep paralysis. I don't think I have seizures, does anyone's muscle tense up during sleep paralysis?

  • Am I suffering from sleep paralysis?

I suffered a seizure 3 years ago and do not know if it is related to it. Sometimes when I am half asleep, either just falling asleep or about to wake up, something terrifying happens to me and I can't explain it. I know where I am and everything, but I get paralyzed or something. Feels like something is holding me down. I start to shake, I think and I can't move. Sometimes my eyes are open when this happens and sometimes they are not. I can't move my arms or legs and I can't even open my mouth to talk. I try really hard to move or scream to get out of this situation, but I can't. It goes away on its own and I get up immediately and everything is fine. If it is a seizure, I wouldn't remember anything. I am awake right now because this scares me when this happens. Could this be sleep paralysis and how can I get treated?

  • stabbing pain in my back?

I work nights stocking shelves and the boxes can be heavy and the U-boats I pull can be hard to pull, but I get this pain in my back whenever I am working, but the pain only comes when I am not doing anything heavily demanding. Most of the time, I am standing up straight just stocking something and I get this pain in the middle of my back. It feels like 10 needles that someone duck taped together and then someone stabbing me with them in my back. The pain is severe and I have to stop working for a few minutes. This only happens when I am working. I only work three nights a week. When I am not at work, I am in school or at home studying or doing other basic things and I never get pain like this. It only happens when I am at work. I work dairy and thinking it could be the the cold making me have this pain?

  • Do you agree with the "Death with Dignity Act"?

If you are diagnosed with a terminal illness and have less then six months to live, doctors can give you a prescription for a lethal dose of medication for the purpose of ending the patient's life. Two doctors must confirm that you have less than six months to live. Oregon and Washington have legalized it and from the state I am from, NJ, there is an effort to make it legal here as well
