  • Will removal of my thyroid affect fertility?

I have nodules on my thyroid (many of them) but 2 have grown in size. They are going to biopsy them to see if they are dangerous, but in the event that they are and they want to remove the nodules or my thyroid, is it going to be difficult for me to conceive another child?

I have a one yr old which i conceived no problems. I was 29 and now I am 31. If anyone can help regarding this it would be great!

  • Could my pregnancy test have been a false negative?

When my husband and I had sex, I think it was during ovulation but he pulled out before he ejaculated. I know this is not 100% effective which is why I tested. I am 4 days late and when I tested while i was 1 day late it came out negative. With my first son, I tested 6 days before my period was due and it came out positive straight away. I dont have the symptoms that i did with my first child. Is there a point in testing again?

  • VERY thick cervical mucus, is this normal?

I only noticed this after i had my baby 3 months ago. Ive had VERY VERY thick cervical mucus discharge. Its so thick that it doesnt break at all. Its also clear and sometimes cloudy.

I thought this was due to ovulation, but i have ovulated already and its still happening, and happens at random times of the month.

Sometimes i also get these niggly little cramps too. Ive been reading too much info on the internet and now im super scared.

Was suppose to do a pap smear but due to pain we had to stop and i have to go back when i have fully healed.

What can this all be? Im worried.

  • I still cant have sex after childbirth?

My baby was born vaginally and i got second degree tearing ( Not sure how many stitches that is ) but its been 10 weeks and i still cant have sex or even go for a pap smear.

This is very frustrating. The last time i was at the doctor was 3 weeks ago, we tried to do a pap smear and we had to stop cause of the pain. She told me to come back in 4 weeks and to stay away from sex.

I know this sounds silly, but im scared that i will never heal and never be able to have another child cause i cant have sex. Its been 10 weeks!

I did a salt bath a couple of times but developed a UTI after it so i stopped.

Anyone here know how to help me or been in this situation?

I know that breast feeding helps assist with babies immune systems, but i was unable to breast feed over 3 weeks of age, and im also unable to vaccinate my baby due to really bad allergies.

Has anyone here not vaccinated and not breast fed?

  • Anyone here not vaccinate their babies? And if so, can u pls tell me your reasons & if you have any regrets?

I would just like to hear from people who are choosing NOT to vaccinate or have not vaccinated their kids. We already know as to why people DO vaccinate, but i would like to hear from parents who are on the other end of things.

Also would like to hear from adults who have never been vaccinated.

    Thanks guys!

  • What the hell is this? Please help!?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and 2 days ago woke up to contractions every 5 mins lasting about 40 seconds. Then I had a bloody show and lots o mucus. Contractions stayed all morning but now they have slowed down so much! I am 1cm dilated and nothing much is happening. It's been 3 days now and contractions are way too irragular. What happened? I'm so confused.

  • Almost 37 weeks pregnant and greenish discharge for almost 9 months?

I am due very soon, but I am wondering why throughout my entire pregnancy I have noticed a greenish discharge that I only see when I wipe after I pee. I have done 2 vaginal swabs that have come back normal, but every time I hear about what's normal and what is not greenish and yellowish discharge is not one of them. I haven't really had any other symptoms with it.

Also when do I gt tested for the GBS vaginal infection?

  • 36 weeks pregnant and i dunno what this is?

This is my first child so i have no idea what im doing or feeling half the time. But lately more than ever i feel that when the baby moved up in my uterus, i find it really hard to breathe for a few seconds, and last night i felt LOADS of pressure coming and going every few mins and lasting a few seconds. Pressure feeling as though the baby is pushing against my cervix and it was actually hurting.

I believe this happened about 10 times and then it just kinda stopped, and while it was happening, it was getting hard to breathe as well. Is this normal? What is this that i am feeling exactly?

  • 32 weeks pregnant with severe left side pain?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and yesterday afternoon I began to experience some really really bad left side tummy pain along with back pain too. This has not stopped since. I thought maybe it's wind pain but this is severe. Sometimes I can't even walk or lay down. Should I rush myself to a hospital or wait this out? My baby is moving normally.

  • I'm desperate for answers, anyone else have this?

Im 32 weeks pregnant, and for about a week and half i have not slept properly due to pain and discomfort. My ribs hurt to a point where i cant touch them anymore, or sit or lie down. I get pains in my belly the moment i go into bed. I get pain in my back everywhere. I cant roll over or get up on my on my own, and all this is mainly at night!!

Im at breaking point because i need sleep, and the only sleep i seem to get is a little in the morning. Sleeping on my back helps sometimes but i have been warned against that during pregnancy as its not good, and every time i do, my baby moves and kicks out of discomfort.

I know that in your third trimester things begin to get hard and uncomfortable, but these are things that no one tell you about ever. Its like my body knew when it hit the third trimester and started messing with me.

Anyone else going through this or has been through this?
