Any time i was told to ice my legs i always put ice wrapped with a towel. Why can't you put it directly on your leg. My guess would be that it would be to cold and hurt the injury more. i don't know. any help please

OK my dad and brother both are stress smoke. They only smoke when they have bad days at work. My dad recently quit but started up again. He smokes about once a month but i want him to quit completely. The last time i saw him smoking i took the cigarette and threw it away which got me grounded for a month. I want to go into architecture, engineering, or optomology in college. I really want to be an architect though but not many schools near me have that as a major. I live in MI and the only colleges that i know of are U of M and UDM. I really wouldn't mind a school in Michigan or Ohio but not farther than that. My GPA isn't that great with only a 3.3. I took the ACT but haven't got the results back yet. Any help would be great

Ok just in the past few months i get really sick anytime i eat a salad. This has never happened to me before until just recently. Even if i feel perfectly fine before i always end up sick. Can it be the lettuce, or dressing, or crutons or however you spell that.
