My husband and I bought a car a little over a year ago. We have always made the payments on time. I recently had a baby, and now have another on the way, so we are needing to buy a different vehicle. Something more family friendly. We still owe on the car we purchased last year and we owe more than the kbb value. Also our credit is not as great as it was last year when we purchased our car, and I am no longer working. How do we sell our existing car, get a more family appropriate car, and have lower payments then what we are paying now?

On Thursday my apartment flooded. The maintenance came and pumped the water out that night. Then the carpet people came and took out the pad under my carpet and dried the carpet. But when they pulled the carpet away from my wall about a 4 inch whole appeared where the wall just crumbled from mold. We reported the problem on Friday and they have yet to come and fix it. I pulled the trim off the wall yesterday only to discover more mold. I am allergic and I am pregnant. Can we move early with out penalty, since they have not fixed the problem and have not relocated us?

Next my husband and I got into an argument that he should have waited and now that I realized what I agreed to I did not want them to continue. Then I woke up. What does this mean!?!?

My husband and I signed a new lease for our apartment to lock in the rate. This lease does not take effect until November 1st. Can we get out of this lease with out paying a fee, since this lease is not in effect yet?
