I ve been taking Sprinted 28 for more than 6 years, but recently I got really off track with my pills and decided to stop for two weeks (had my period during this time) and then get back on track with a new pack. During that two week period I gained some weight, and on the second day starting back i am having severe cramping and nausea. Is this normal? I still have three weeks before my next period is suppose to start. I have no idea how quickly birth control gets out of your system. I guess my only real concern is that I managed to get pregnant on that 2 week break, as I only used the pull out method during that time. But I didn t have any symptoms except weight gain until after I started a new pack. I initially started birth control at 16 because of severe cramping and the pill helped that a lot. Could it just be my body readjusting? Or is something wrong?

I got sick about two weeks ago and had a lot of sinus drainage and was on a lot of medicine and i completely lost my appetite. The thought of eating anything made me nauseous and nothing sounded good. After several days of this i started getting anxiety everytime i thought about eating. I would have panic attacks when i realized i still couldnt eat anything. Anything i have been able to eat has felt like forcing it down my throat, like my whole body is trying to reject it. Even when my stomach is growling i often cant make myself eat. I just end up staring at my food for a while and then crying/having a panic attack. I want to eat more than anything but everytime i try its miserable. Im scared im going to become anorexic, and/or be hospitalized for being so weak. I dont know what to do. Im not sick anymore and ive stopped taking my medicines to see if my appetite will come back without all those side effects but i still cant eat, as if its already habit. How do i make myself eat or bring my appetite back? Are there any tricks? Any medicine i could take? Ive told my doctor but she hasnt been able to do anything for me. So far im still at a healthy weight of 137lbs but ive lost three pounds this week and i just feel miserable.

I just turned 21 a few weeks ago. I went on vacation with my fiance for a week, leaving friday morning and getting back wednesday night, two nights ago. I have never drank more than a sip here and there of alcohol but while i was on vacation i drank a cup or twp every day, the strongest thing i had was some bourbon eggnog. My last drink was ober 72 hours ago now, but all day today ive felt dizzy, had a headache, felt faint, had diarrhea and nausea, been shaking. I feel like my eyes are crossing and my like i may pass out and when i lay down and close my eyes i feel like im trying to keep my soul in my body. I didnt think i drank nearly enough to be going into withdrawals and its way past time for a hangover, but i cant think of any other reason why i feel so awful. What do you think? What do i do?

Ok i just turned 21 a couple weeks ago and i have one unopened bottle of wine and half a bottle of baileys i want to take with me on vacation. We're going from arkansas, where i bought it weeks ago, to tennessee, where we'll be staying for a week. The alcohol would be wrapped up and stuffed in a suitcase in the back of my car. I decided to do a quick google search just in case and i keep getting confusing results about shipping and bootlegging. I didnt think there was any problem, so im just making sure. Can i transport small amounts of alcohol across state lines for personal consumption?

I made a baileys float (baileys irish cream, root beer, and ice cream) and left it on my nightstand and my dog got into it and drank the whole glass. It was probably 2-3 cups total of the whole drink and maybe a fifth of that was baileys. She threw up once and has been walking funny, not able to jump up onto thing. She seems fine other than being uncoordinated, shes walking around with her tail wagging, but after i figured out what happened and googled it i read a lot of sites that said alcohol could kill her. Ive had her just lay down and drink lots of water. Its the middle of the night and im not supposed to even have alcohol in the house so i couldnt take her anywhere until the morning. Will that alcohol hurt her?? Is she going to be ok? Im really freaking out

My fiance is 21, and we are trying to move out together and get married. We each still live with our respective parents, and he lives with an older brother and younger sister and both his parents are completely disabled. His brother is 24, an alcoholic, and hasn t had a job in almost five years, he s just been sitting at home bumming off his disabled parents, meanwhile he absolutely refuses to do anything around the house, so the job usually lands on my fiance, who is the only one in a famliy of 5 with a job right now and it s a night job, so he sleeps all day, or tries to, in between all the times his family is constantly waking him up to run errands and do chores that his siblings just flat out refuse to do despite the fact that they both basically sit on their butts all day every day. His brother bums off his gym membership, against gym rules, constantly steals his car without contributing to gas or insurance even though my fiance did pay for that when he was borrowing his brothers car years ago, and on top of all this, hes just downright mean to my fiance, constantly making fun of him. And yet my fiance worships him, does everything he says and always defends him. I hate the way his brother treats him, but my fiance always argues with me when I point out that he s being unfair, and says that he is family and so he loves him and will basically forgive anything from him. I don t want to rip him from his family, but how can I make him see he doesn t have to put up with that?

I'm 20 f and only ever been with one man. We're in a long term monogamous relationship, have been for 3.5 years. But he was with 13 other girls sexually before me. Hes been tested once before but then he was with two more gorls between then and me. He regularly gives blood and says that means hes clean because they wouldnt take infected blood or would have told him. That makes sense to me but since ive never been tested and i know there are a couple things you can get from activities other than sex, im considering asking for a screening. I'm having my first ever pap smears done later today and it seems a good time to get that done. Ive never had any symptoms but i know some dont have any symptoms. But my parents, whom I live with, are strict Christians and can be pretty overbearing and I'm on their insurance so there's no way they won't know that I was tested. I'm between jobs right now and most likely they will have to pay for whatever insurance doesn't cover as well. I think it's a good idea but I'm nervous. Another question I had was whether my doctor will tell my parents anything. When I turn 18, does my information automatically turn confidential, or do I have to fill out something to specifically say that I don't want my parents on my release of information list anymore? If they weren't on that list would the insurance still tell them what tests I was given? Do I even really need to be tested or could I forgo it? What do you think?

About two weeks ago, I hit my head pretty hard on a metal beam. The blow gave me a horrible headache for a few minutes and left me dizzy for about 30 minutes and sleepy the rest of the night, but I stayed awake for another 7 hours, slept through the night and woke up just fine with a sizeable lump on my head and some tenderness but no more headache. I was totally fine for a while but about a week and a half later I started having pretty bad headaches that would start in the afternoon but would go away if I took some Excedrin migraine medicine and a nap. The headaches come off and on and some days I m completely fine all day but others I have a headache all day. This isn t normal for me at all, but I have no other symptoms of a brain bleed or concussion or anything, I haven t experienced any nausea or loss of vision or appetite, no more dizziness, no change in personality, nothing but moderate to severe headaches off and on. Could this be related to my head injury? Should I see a doctor or is this something that will correct itself?

I know I sound weird. But I love the rain, and winter and absolutely hate the summer. I m very sensitive to heat, and so anytime it gets over 75° I m sweating and if it s over 85° then I m absolutely miserable. I feel sick, like I m gonna pass out or throw up, and I generally stay inside unless I m travelling to work or school, which is also a hassle when it s so freaking bright out. I also have horrible allergies, particularly to pollen, so the spring and summer have me constantly sniffling. Being cold obviously makes me sick too but anyway. I love drizzly, cloudy weather, it really lifts my spirits. And I would so much rather be cold, when I can just bundle up and drink some hot cocoa, than be hot, when I can only take so much off and then I ll still be hot. I love the snow in moderation, obviously I don t want to be sliding on ice and snowed in constantly and without power. I m looking for a climate that is generally cloudy and mild, not humid, gets a lot of rain, and never really gets above 80°. It can go below freezing all it wants, it won t bother me. What s a good place for me to live? Other than Canada or Russia, where it s deathly cold all the time. Somewhere within the United States would be best, though I have considered moving to England.

For 4 days now I have had a dull pain sitting in my lower right abdomen. It s just enough to be noticeable usually but when I try to have a bowel movement it becomes sharper the harder it strain. And I m bloated. I haven t been constipated per se, as I have had a few small bowel movements but not nearly as much as usual. I had assumed it was gas and it would move on soon but it s been 4 days and it hasn t moved or varied in pain. Today however I had a moment where suddenly the pain radiated all the way across my lower abdomen and felt like either my uterus or bladder was burning. I ran to the bathroom, hoping to relieve some pressure but couldn t force anything out and after about 20 min of sitting doubled over, the pain faded back to just the ache in my right side. I have also been nauseous on and off this week, but never vomited. I have been scared that it is my appendix, but am hoping for another explanation. I also seriously screwed up my birth control this month and probably fixed it way wrong. I accidentally missed the first five days of my pills as I couldn t pick the pack up from the pharmacy, and then took two a day until I caught up a few days later, then continued with one a day. This would have been the week before this pain started and I should be ovulating right now but I ve never had pain with ovulation. I also have had a horrible diet lately, nothing but fast food in the last two months as I ve been away from home every day. Any ideas about what it could be?

I m 20 years old and have been having a normal period every month since I was 11. I have been on birth control for two years now and my periods are pretty regular. I am not sexuality active. My period is five days late now. What could be the cause? I haven t really been stressed out and I haven t had any change in my exercise or diet habits. But I have gained an out 5 pounds in the last two weeks (I weigh 122 lbs). Any ideas? I ve never just missed a period in my life and this one is one of the latest I ve ever had, especially while being on birth control. If I completely miss it should I just continue birth control next week like normal? Should I wait and see if I have it and start back the pill the Sunday after? Should I be worried?

I am having a colonoscopy in a few hours. For the last day and a half I have kept to a liquid diet. I was instructed to take Dulcalax at 9am the day before the exam and I did. I was supposed to start taking the colon cleanser at 4pm the same day and finish it by midnight, but the nurse at the outpatient center and the pharmacist I got the colon cleanser from both told me that I could stop taking it once my bowel movements were clear and completely liquid. I have incredibly fast metabolism and regularly have five bowel movements a day, so I started having mostly clear bowel movements before ever taking the colon cleanser, with just the Dulcalax. I took the colon cleanser anyway, drinking about 32 oz out of the 128 oz given to me. I had completely clear bowel movements for several hours and a couple times I woke up through the night and had another clear bowel movement. So I assumed I was cleaned out. But the morning of the procedure, I got up to get ready and went to the bathroom and had a mostly clear bowel movement but with a small piece of solid stool. Does this mean I didnt get cleaned out? Will my colonoscopy be inaccurate?

It's the week before my period so my breasts are already tender from PMS but I also get these little lumps in my boobs occassionally that also hurt. They're softish and moveable like a knot in your back or neck and they go away if i massage my boobs for about 20 minutes but they make it where it hurts to even barely touch my boobs, much less massage them. I'm not pregnant or nursing or anything and my boobs did grow a lot when I first started birh control but that's been 1.5- 2 years ago now. Does anyone else get these knots? Should I be worried? How do I get rid of them?

Recently my boss s husband got in a really bad car crash and she and him were out of commission for a while. While she was gone, my coworker lied on her timesheet, knowing my boss wouldnt know when she came in or left, she came in over two hours late some days and left an hour or so early every day. She also claimed she had worked all through spring break but she didn t. It s added up to probably 26 total hours she s about to get paid for that she wasn t here, while I was here and worked 8 hours every day like I was supposed to. I just think it s despicable that she would take advantage of my boss like that when her husband was having surgery and satying in the ER for two weeks. But my coworker is also a single teenage mom and she may really need this job and the money and she s also my friend and I am the only other person in the office so she would know it was me that ratted her out. Should I report her?

So for the past several months, like seven or so, I've been noticing the occasion bright red clump in my stool. I would say it's blood but it's not liquid, it seems to be the same consistency as the stool just a one or two bright red clumps in it or sometimes attached by a string of mucus. Like a blood vessel or clot that has hardened. Or maybe it's food? I think I remember it happening a few time after I've had bell peppers, are they hard to digest? This happens about every fourth day or so. I know that I have hemmroids, have had them almost two years now, but usually when they bleed it comes off on the tissue, not in the stool and I haven't had any blood on the tissue in almost a year. And I don't feel any pain nor have I had any stomach problems other than occasional gas. I really want to avoid going to the doctor because typically for stomach problems they'll have to run a tube up my butt or something and also my family doctor is a moron. It worries me but I don't really have any other symptoms. What could it be?

She s two and a half weeks old. Her mama was a stray moron cat that had her litter in my dad s yard in his scrap metal pile. This kitten rolled off into a pile of broken glass so I picked it up and put it back with it s litter so it wouldn t get hurt but I guess because the mama could smell me on it, she rejected it. She moved the rest of the litter away but left this little guy in the scrap metal and broken glass so I adopted her at three days old. I ve been feeding her every 2-4 hours with warm kitten formula, she s in a clean box with a heating pad, a fluffy towel, and a little furry toy her size. I keep her clean with regular baths and wiping her butt with non scented baby wipes, and I take her out and hold her for several hours at a time. But every since I got her she has just meowed and meowed and meowed . She ll sleep for a couple hours then wake up and just scream. She keeps me up all night and I m at my wits end. Any ideas?

For almost a week now I ve had an increasingly painful raw, dry feeling around my labia and anus, making it painful to urinate and wipe, and certain underwear makes it worse. It feels about the same as when I ve worn a pad or pantyliner too long and get a slight diaper rash, but I haven t worn anything but comfortable cotton panties for a week, and haven t been on my period in almost two weeks. There is no visible redness or sores or peeling or anything and I ve had no discharge. It s just raw feeling. I m not pregnant or anything and I haven t been on any weird medicines or used any scented anything down there. What could it be and how can I get rid of it?

For my college Theater class, I have three days to write a five page character analysis essay. It's supposed to be a first person essay from the point of view of any character from any movie of my choosing, describing the character's life either before or after the events in the movie. What would be some good and easy characters to write about? Preferably ones where their movie sort of hints at the life they led before or after but doesn't go into detail, so I'll know what direction to go without just copying things from the movie.

I'll be 19 in December. I work two jobs, making a total of $300 a week. And I'm going to college but since I got full ride and then some of scholarships I'm getting about $7000 a semester that I can spend on whatever I want. I'm very responsible, know how to cook and do laundry and all the other household things. I was valedictorian of my class and in 9 months at age 19 I'll already have 5 degrees from college. Also in six months I will have already paid off my second car which cost me $5000, so I'm pretty good with my money and a hard worker. My family drives me absolutely insane and I really just want a place of my own. I wanna live within about 20 miles of my family though because I do love them. Where I live I can rent a house for about $400 a month and with an income of about $2000 a month not counting my car payments and insurance. However my family all think I would never make it and that I'm too young, have no idea what I'm doing etc. does everyone else think, should I move out? Whats an estimate of how much just me in a 1 bedroom house would cost in bills and groceries? I don't really know what to expect there.

I'm looking for a small SUV with really good gas mileage, 4 wheel drive, and generally looks cool. And something I can get for under $12,000 (don't care what year model). Any ideas on a specific vehicle I should try searching for? And also websites to look for one for sale?
