I got little bumps on the top of mainly one hand and they're sort of disappearing after a week, they're kind of clear

I went for a run before, now I have pain on the outside of my hip when: walking, running, lifting it on the side.

if I do 500 or over 500 star jumps plus walking or running will I lose weight and will I work out my legs arms and abs?

any tips on losing weight within like a week? I have cut back on eating, making sure I know what goes in my mouth - I have been running, fast walking and doing star jumps - I don't have anything to weigh myself on but I haven't noticed any difference since I started (like a week ago) around how long will it take before I start seeing changes? and any other workouts to get me started??

I am short

at first my leg goes numb then it goes tingly and if I move it the tiniest bit it tingles

I had a tetanus shot along with two other things mixed about 10 minutes ago, my arm is aching down to my wrist! how long do you believe it will last and any suggestions of how to make the pain go away faster - also there is some redness and swelling on the injection site
