  • What can I do about my mental health?

    I've been diagnosed with chronic depression for about 6 years. I went through some therapists and meds but that didn't help at all. I know I should keep trying to see what works for me, but I'm not a rich man. I just can't afford mental care and it's slowly killing me.

    Is there something I can do, or am I doomed to spend the rest of my life in pain until I kill myself?
