I have a good quality gas cooker which runs off a big container of bottled gas on the outside of my house. I have recently changed the gas bottle for a new similar one. Since the change the flames alternately lower and roar higher.With 3 burners going they go out when they go lower and condensation +ice form on the regulator tap under the sink. Whats the problem and what can I do about it? Can anyone help?

The fan packed up suddenly and without it I have no air con or heating. The fuse is alright. Is it likely to be an expensive job?
