Mountain Man

Can I, my avatar is Mountain Man from Duck Dynasty, along with his picture. What if I made some off color remarks using this name and avatar, could I get into any legal trouble? I don't know what his real name is, but Mountain Man is his name on the show and this is his real picture.

Also there have been a few people who have connected with me through Yahoo answers and I want to contact them. I have added them to my contacts, but nothing ever happens. I would appreciate being told if you know & please be more specific than just saying go to your account, because I have tried everything..Thanks!

Here is the deal. I have been talking to a girl on the Internet for 3 months now, we have over 3,000 messages between us. I have always been completely honest with her. She allowed me to believe she was someone she was not. She even sent me pictures, that turns out weren't even her & now 3 months later she says there is something she needs to tell me, she says she lied about something, but it is "No Big Deal". Well now she sent me pictures of herself & they are not the same person that I thought I was talking to, not even the same race...What would you do, keep on talking to her, or say nope, this was all a "Big" Lie......& just forget it all?

You see I have this Internet girlfriend, we role play & also have sex, well I know her from a social media site & once I messaged her using a different name & avatar. She had sex with him, quick like within a few mails. I was shocked and disappointed & later let her know that it was actually me who she was talking to. She begged me not to leave her & claimed that she was so sorry. I am having issues trusting her of course. I know it is just the Internet, but I still like her very much. She could have just said to hell with it and left, but she didn't.....What should I do? What would you do? I am afraid she might do it again, and I can't help now but to wonder if I am the only one she role plays with. My trust has been shattered. I still love her, but am afraid to love her like I did & our relationship is suffering because of my jealousy....

If you had a chance to "Have Your Way" with Danica, but it had to be done during a race, in the middle of the track, under Green would you do it? Say that all the drivers knew you were there & would try their best to avoid you......On one of the straight aways at Daytona, under green! Would you do it? If yes, would you also do it at Bristol if given a chance? Under Green!

I am wondering if anyone has any information about getting a job driving trucks in the Oilfield industry. Please do not suggest Google or Truckers report as I have done this several times. I am limited to 6 months experience & that seems to be a huge problem. I have all of the endorsements required. If you know of any web sites that I could look at, well that would be appreciated. Well you see, I have recently completed my training at Prime & am going to do the lease program. I had intended on leasing a Peterbilt but was told by my New fleet manager that, that would not be a good idea because of some problems that the peterbilt's have been experiencing. He said this is a frequent problem & they are usually down 3 to 4 weeks to fix. What are your thoughts about Peterbilt & any problems that they seem to have? Would you lease a Freightliner or a Peterbilt.....I am 100% on the lease, but unsure on the truck! Thanks........

Siri was downgraded, Yahoo finance had it projected to go to $9 within the year, overnight with the news of the downgrade YH Finance had it back down to the $1.55 range. I thought they hit their quarterly goals or at least came close. I thought things were headed in the right direction, but that is not the case now, Why?

I think this website idea might attract a lot of people. Not an advertisement, but something that will make some people return over & over. I don't know anything about creating a website & even if I did, I don't have the money to advertise this site & without advertising, there would be little growth. I think my idea is a great one, but where in the heck do I go from here?

What I mean is, I read that there were the works of 41 historians who lived in Jesus's Era, but none of them have anything to mention of him. I heard many historians were very detailed about that Era & to not have any text pertaining to Jesus is kind of odd. Is this true?

What do you think? I must admit that when I watched the Passion, you know Mel Gibson movie & have heard other stories of the Bible, I kind of wondered about that. Eat my flesh, drink my blood & why would he not perform a miracle when asked by King Herod? You know what I mean, he said prove it so we may all believe, but Jesus wouldn't do it, why?
