Did the crew on star trek work for free?

I was talking to a friend and he told me that the crew on the Star Trek ship worked for free and did everything not to make money but to better themselves as a species. Is it true that they worked for free?

An old friend of mine recently contacted me about an idea that i proposed to him and he passed it on to his friend, and now they are trying to start it. Can you believe that he is the one who said that he and his friend came up with the idea.

Either way he asked me how to start it. I would allow him to do his own thing with the production after i help him, but i want to make sure he comes back to ME once he realizes he needs help again especially since it was my idea.

I just bought transmission fluid, the guy at the store said that it is the same thing as brake fluid??

Since he recommended it i just bought it. No biggie.

I need to put brake fluid in my car since it is very low. He said buy the transmission fluid which is

MaxLife Dex/Merc (valvoline)

I bought the most expensive one just to make sure it would damage my vehicle.

I pretty sure there is a difference between brake and transmission fluid, however I not see any Brake Fluid at the store. Is Transmission fluid the same as brake fluid?

I just downloaded league of legends from the official website and it will not open.

Why do people wanna get some drunk on their birthdays. When did this pass down to my generation?

I have tried creating a website. The only problem is that idk code languages. Im a Physics and Chemistry major with a large entrepreneurship knowledge. I have a myriad of ideas in my head that are revolutionary to the science and culture industry.

Im planning on dropping out of college and going to a 3 month computer school to learn very advanced coding. I dont want to drop out of school, I have two years left as an undergraduate then im off to get my masters and eventually Ph.D.

Theres just one problem i am hardly ever focused in school. I am always thinking about my ideas, I really want to make all these companies first and then go back to school. It would be great if i could gather up some computer scientist and make this happen.

My main goal in to really change the world, and this one idea i have will change the healthcare industry and the computer industry.

Advice from people who have risked it all?

I have been in the library working on a invention i had come up with. (Im a junior at a university)

The idea was simple and yet it was terrific. It was a simple and useful umbrella cane. After doing all the research on it and finding out all the different equations used in order to get a good propulsion it turns out that this idea has already been invented.

So i am asking are there still any good inventions left to create? I am not speaking about apps or computer technology. I want to know if there is still anything in the physical world that can still be created. It seems that everything has already been invented, I come up with great ideas all the time and yet these plans have already been constructed.

Im studying physics with a minor in chemistry, i choose it cause its really cool but i dont feel like its what i want to do. I want to own a company that deals with space and physics and chemistry. Am i in going in the right direction?

We had an exam at the university today, and the history proffesor put answers that were very similar to each other. I wish i could give an exact example but i do not remember the exact questions he did this to.

For instance

A)The Puritans Came over to establish a Holy City

B) The puritans came seeking religious freedom

THose could both be the answers. What type of arugment could i put up with him. I havent gotten my test results back yet i am just preparing
