Foreigners as president?
My friend demonstrated the lack of actual text in Article 5 of the USC. He said there were no words other than being naturalized for fourteen years (prior to 1808, I think!)
Can anyone cite the text that would prohibit Arnold Scwarzenegger or his ilk from becoming president?
5 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoClassical Mechanics question?
My friend and I were trying to deduce (in the Aristotelian method, since we didn't experiment) whether a heavy sphere (bowling ball) and a lighter sphere rolled down a half-pipe would have the same amplitude (rise as high on the other side) or the same period (roll back and forth at the same rate).
Assuming no resistance from friction or air, which would it be?

4 AnswersPhysics1 decade agoDell Inspiron configuration issue?
I have a Dell Inspiron 700M laptop. It has an Intel Pentium M 1.60 GHz processor. When I ran MS Help and support, it says that it has a 1.60GHz processor and speed = 598MHz.
Is this discrepency because the speed (598MHz) is front side bus or some other measurement, or is my CPU shot? It is confusing.
2 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks1 decade agoMicrosoft Office 2003 installation on Vista requires elevation?
I am trying to install MS Office Pro 2003 on my new laptop which is running Vista Home Premium. It says error executing file (setup.exe). Requested operation requires elevation.
For what it's worth, the computer came pre-loaded with MS Office 2007 Home and Student, 60-day trial edition. I uninstalled this.
What is elevation???
