I have to make a decision today and I really need help. So anyway I do enjoy playing and I've been doing it for a while. I also really love seeing my friends and I probably won't get to see them if I'm not playing.

Last year though I was on the team with them and I was a really good player and I developed quite a good reputation and I feel like they're all going to be expecting me to be able to do what I did last year. I haven't played in a REALLY long time though whereas they've all been playing for months. I feel like i'm going to suck and let them all down because I'm not going to be as good as I was. If anyone can help me decide I would really appreciate it thanks!

Okay so I'm trying to find a prom dress for my sister but it's sort of hard because of her body shape. She's got an athletic upper body with broad shoulders. Her legs are short and big however. She does have a nice waist though and a toned stomach. And she's not a very major girly girl. So any suggestions of what kind dress she could wear? sorry if this is long but thanks for the help!

No one, no matter what political party they affiliate with, can argue that the shooting last Friday was an extremely tragic incident. I see a lot of people now using what happened as an excuse to ban guns though. Some of these people say if there are no guns then people will not die, simple as that right? They also claim that if something bad happens then all they have to do is call the police and the cops will be there in a few minutes therefore sparing the victim from any harm. This is NOT the case. A few years ago in a city near where I live, a family was brutally murdered. Someone ended up calling the cops and they did get there. But the cops didn’t go into the house where the people inside were being raped and murdered as they sat there. So cops do not solve every problem. The only thing that could have protected that family was them defending themselves. Yes crimes do happen, but we need guns to protect ourselves from them. So why do some people keep saying that we don’t and the government will be able to protect us? There are many cases that prove otherwise so I really just want to know why people think that. Thanks guys

Why do liberals keep saying that Right-wingers are such extremists, when in reality the Liberals are the ones that have strayed so far from the original values and beliefs that America was founded on?

Okay, so I’m a teenager right now and I’ve heard that using foundation is not good for your skin because it will make me break out a lot. However, I do want something that I can use to make my skin look a little more even. Primer supposedly does this, but aren’t you supposed to put on other stuff afterwards? Or can I just use it? Thanks!!

Hi guys! So I’m just starting out with eyeliner and I’ve got blue eyes. I’ve heard that the colors black, brown, and blue all bring blue eyes out really well. I’m not going to do black because I don’t look good in really dark colors, so I’m wondering if brown is better or if blue is better to make blue eyes pop? Thanks in advance!

Find an equation for how far Batman slides, x, as a function of L, 0, and uk (coefficient of kinetic friction between batman and the floor.

If the door is 9.00m away and the length of the line is 6.00m, the angle 60 degrees and the coefficient of friction 0.250 did Batman make in out?

If he did, how fast was he sliding when he went through the door?

If someone can simply explain how to find an equation for how far batman slides I think I can manage the rest. The question is confusing me a lot.

Someone with a mass of 70.0 kg who thinks he is Robin Hood trying to escape the bad guys grabs a rope that goes over a pulley at the ceiling. On the other side of the pulley is attached a 124 kg chandelier. If Robin uses the weight of the chandelier to ride the rope upward what will his acceleration be? If there is a balcony 5.00 m above Robin how long will it take for him to reach the balcony?

I think I have the first part solved.

a= (m1-m2)/(m1+m2) * g

or

a = (124kg - 70kg)/(124kg+70kg)*9.8 m/s^2 = 2.73m/s

I just don't understand how to calculate the time it will take to reach the balcony.

So my hair pretty much just sucks. It is kind of wavy and it’s always really frizzy and dry. I’ve tried SO many treatments and shampoos that all claim to make your hair better, but none of them have worked. I don’t blow dry my hair, rarely straighten it, and have never used any harsh chemicals or bleaches in it, but it’s still just bad. So I was wondering if anyone has any ideas that could make it better? Or is it just how my hair is going to be forever? Thanks!! :)
