I'm making a playlist for a book as a school assignment. In a certain scene of the book, the main characters were captured and held hostage. I just need a song that goes with that, or something of the sort. Please and thank you :)

So, for the last month I've been SUPER excited about going on this class trip to St. Louis. It was like 4 days and it was gonna be a blast. Today, we were in 6th period, all excited about leaving after 7th, when they called all the students and said, "Trips cancelled, classes resume." We don't get our money back. I'm.pissed.what.should.I.do.

This past year has been really hard for me, so I tried cutting. It doesn't hurt, enough though they are really bad. It helps me get my mind off things. I try to always be happy, but when I'm alone I can't take it. My mom found out and made it worse. She says I've only been doing it for "experience", when I have really been doing it because of things she doesn't know about. She threatened to make me see therapy, and I said it wasn't necessary. I promised myself I would stop, but I always go back to it. Please help?
