I asked this once but I think I may have put it in the wrong place...

We have 2 full grown Boxer dogs. They are very sweet and gentle with my 2 children. Our female Boxer was raised around cats for the first 9 months of her life. She is now almost 3 and hasn't been socialized with cats since. Our male Boxer has never been around cats.

We just brought home a sweet baby kitten, about 7 weeks old. I let our Boxers sniff her through a cat carrier and she has been staying in my little girls room for 2 days.

Today we let the kitten roam the house and introduced her to our Boxers. Our Boxers were of course very interested but did not jump on me when I was holding the kitten. I let them sniff noses and put the kitten down on the floor, our male seemed like he was trying to put her in his mouth, he kept licking her. Is that normal?? He didn't seem aggressive at all, as he wasn't barking or snapping at the kitten. I did finally let the kitten run a little and she went under a chair and the Boxers just laid down and stared at her. It was maybe a 15 minute visit total.

Is this the right way to get them used to each other?

What are danger signs to watch out for? As in our Boxers thinking about harming the kitten?

I don't plan on leaving them alone together, but I do want to slowly get them used to each other.

We have 2 full grown boxer dogs, they are big babies but of course play rough with each other out in the yard. They will bark at other dogs but when socialized they are not aggressive.

We also have 2 children who are wanting a smaller dog they can play with, walk on a leash, carry around and sleep with at night.

My question is.. Can a large breed dog such as a Boxer get along well with a tiny breed like a Chihuahua? I would not want to bring a Chihuahua into our home for our bigger dogs to get too rough with it or frighten it.

Anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance!

I currently have a LG Lotus with Sprint, I love my phone but it just busted where it flips open so I am looking to upgrade.

I want a phone that is easy to text with and has the qwerty keyboard, has at least a 2.0 camera and takes great pictures (My Lotus does!) with easy uploading to my computer, and also looks stylish and not plain. Internet browsing, emailing, and GB is not important to me. If the phone takes videos or has the capability to watch videos on it that would be a bonus.

My kids have been begging me for a kitten for over a year. We have 2 Boxer dogs, female who is 2 years old and male who is 1 year old. Both dogs have seen cats as my parents have 5 (we don't live with them, just visit), but all they do is chase them and with our male dog we have had to stop him from getting at one of the cats because we were afraid he would hurt her!

Our dogs are gentle with our children but when they love to wrestle with each other and other dogs. My concern is.. If we do get a kitten what is the best way to get them used to each other? Should I be afraid my dogs will kill the kitten? Is it a bad idea? I'm just confused all together on the idea, but my kids really want a kitten and I would enjoy one as well.

Also.. I have seen Cesar Milan get 2 large breed dogs used to small animals so it must be possible lol!!

We have beat Bowser on New Super Mario Brothers for the Wii. We have gotten all of the star coins in Worlds 1-4 so we have unlocked 9-1, 9-2, 9-3, 9-4.

I am a HUGE fan of the Sookie Stackhouse series of books by Charlaine Harris. I read Twilight first, which I enjoyed- then moved onto Sookie.. I feel in love after Book 3 and have read all 9 and the short stories.

Is it possible to take one Mii from a Wii console and move it to another temporarily? For instance, we do Wii Bowling and would like one Bowler to come over and play on our system but will his scores and achievements come along with the remote?

Does it work with the DS Lite charger?

I just got home and noticed his little eyes are swollen pretty bad!! My husband let him out into the backyard for about a half hour and then I got home and let him in and saw his eyes. He is eating and drinking fine- havent noticed him scratching at them at all. Should I call an emergency Vet or wait until tomorrow and see what happens??

He is a Boxer and I know they are prone to allergies. Is there anything I can give him??

We have 2 children and 2 dogs. Our home is small- about 1700 square feet. I keep up with the basics, sweeping, vacuuming, dishes, laundry, making beds, picking up toys. But I am looking for a cleaner to clean bathrooms throughly (not just wash mirrors, clean toilets, but scrub showers/tubs, baseboards and mop). I would also like the cleaner to dust ceiling fans, pictures, mop floors, wash inside windows, sweep off back porch, clean patio table, vacuum under cushions and vacuum stairs. Is this unreasonable??

We have not had a cleaner before so I would like to get a quote from someone knowledgeable about what we would like done. We are not slobs- I just dont have time for the nitty gritty but our home is on the market and I want everything sparkly.

How much should I pay for our home size? Also- do I provide cleaning supplies? We are in South Carolina, in a city if this compares.

We are setting up interviews with babysitters. We have 2 children ages 2 (going on 3- wears pullups) and 6 (in kindergarten). We also have 2 dogs, one being a puppy (13 weeks) who may need cleaning up after (NO I am not asking the babysitter to clean up crap in our yard- but if the pup has an accident in the house while she is here I would appreciate it if she cleans it up- being fore warned of this of course).

Also- would you allow a babysitter to bring a friend/boyfriend?

What about internet use? Should I lock up my computer? (I have heard horror stories)

Wow.. what an experience.. First I find a Signature Panda for 12.99 at a small kids store that sells Webkinz only to find out the code with it is for the REGULAR Panda.. Grrrr.. I did get a Caring Valley Code- but now I have placed my tree in a spot I didnt want it and I am unable to move it- whats up with that??

We have 2 dogs and our house is on the market. I am what can be called a "clean freak" and am constantly vacuuming and carpet cleaning. We had someone comment about the "dog smell" in our home and I am asking in hopes someone has some suggestions on what we can do to manage the smell? I know dogs have a natural odor and dander, also they have had accidents on the carpet- which I have cleaned but may have left an odor. It seems like when I carpet clean the odor comes out stronger than before! What can be done about this? Also- our dogs are allowed on our couches. Any suggestions are appreciated.
