Okay, so I won second place in our school's spelling bee, and it's next Saturday. BUT there's also a violin concert I was going to be in with my friends and people from other schools. I've done violin concerts before, but nothing like this one; it's kind of a big deal! But I've also never been in an actual state spelling bee before and I have until Saturday (six days) to make my decision. If I play in the concert, this kid in third place will go in my stead. If I go to the spelling bee, it would probably be a rare opportunity. I'd really appreciate if someone could help me solve my dilemma. Thank you :D

I mean, this perm is working out great for me ;3 Not bragging, but my hair has actually grown a lot and it's pretty long. And still just as thick as it was before I got the perm.

The thing is, though, I'm just curious as to know what my hair would look like if I just grew it out and stopped putting perms on it. I used to have super-thick and coarse hair, nearly impossible to deal with xD So my mom would braid it, only I looked like a little girl and decided it was time for a more grown-up look, so I permed it :P

If I went natural, I could just straighten it every day, but my mother says if I didn't have time to straighten it before school, she would put in those little-girl braids again >.<

Just in case one day I want to go natural, I was wondering what texture my hair would be after, and what would happen if I just grew it out. And I do NOT want weave, because my hair is pretty long. So if I couldn't straighten it, what are other things I could do with it? Thank you! :D

Okay, so my friends and I are waiting anxiously for Divergent cx The commercial says that tickets are already on sale. Does this mean I can buy them now and just walk into the movie on the day of the premiere? Or should I buy them online? OR should I just wait until I actually get to the theatre and buy them there, even though they might be sold? I've never really bought movie tickets before and I have no idea what to do >o< Thanks!

I live in Stamford, Connecticut and they say we're getting 5-12 inches of snow starting tonight or tomorrow morning, I think both xD We've already missed so many days of school due to other snowstorms so I'm not sure if they'll make us stay home tomorrow, too. Although I hope so o3o

Okay, so now that I've been accepted to the high school of my dreams, I have to go to an interview and talk about myself and why I want to go to this school. I can barely do class presentations without hearing my own heartbeat! So I wanted to ask: What should I wear? I want to look professional, but not too old. And how can I control my nervousness? All serious answers are appreciated :D

I have Windows 7, and one day everything disappeared into the recycle bin. I restored everything, but the taskbar (the bar at the bottom with the Start button icon and stuff never came back. Very strange e-e

I've tried looking on the Internet for answers, but I can't seem to find any. They say things like "Press F11" but that doesn't work. I've found something that says to run a live Task Manage update or something like that. Do you guys think that would work? If not, can you suggest any ways to get my taskbar back?
