Okay so I been at my job which is a Daycare Center for five years. I love my job but a lady that works at the center is very difficult to get along with. I'm 22 and she is 58. She is very up tight and gets upset and overwhelmed about small situations, unfortunately. We really don't have anyone that is the boss because the head boss leaves it up to our director who was a employee so she doesn't like conflict so she just lets everyone do what the want which causes so many issues! Anywas last week when I went into work in the infant room I was told by the uptight lady that a four month old had a scratch on his face and didn't know what happened and she walked out I filled a incident report acknowledging that I.seen the scratch and that it happened before I was incharge the mother came to pick up her first born son and noticed the scratch right away and asked me what happened/what time etc I was embarrassed not being able to answer her questions because I was told nothing and nothing was documented I gave her the incident report to read and sign and she calmed down a little..so I told the uptight teacher that I filled a report out and she started slamming everything around and told me not to fill a incident report out because state doesn't like paper work. I was very stunned that she would say such a crazy thing that is very untrue but I just stopped because I wasn't making a scene infront of infants. I told my director and she told me she's not doing anything because she is liked by the boss and the boss babies her I.have the text messages saved and she told me to take a hot bath and for get about it..I'm so upset and I'm thinking about leaving the lady is not nice to the children or anyone..even parents we have had several complaints..I love my job but this is ridiculous

What should I do?

Hello everyone..I just found out that I'm pregnant I'm only four weeks..I'm having sharp pains in my lower stomach area..it hurts pretty bad..but no spotting..could I be having a miscarriage and can you get awful pains first before bleeding I only have heard you bleed fist then pain.

I am going to my doctors in a half hour I just wanted some advice...thankyou

My husband and I have been together for five years, we just had our son in my..he's truly a blessing. Well two days before I gave birth to my son my husband lied to me and said he was at his friends house but really he was at a girls house that he works with. I didn't really get upset about it because she's dating his friend, I just let him know that I knew he was lieing to me..well the next day he broke up with me because I didn't trust him...even though he lied to me. I begged him back and was so upset. We got back together but him and the girl kept texting all the time and complementing eachother ex: oh your so great from her and oh your so understanding from him. I did look at his phone because I had this odd feeling to look and he told her that he didn't know if he wanted to work it out with me even though two hours before he told her this he was telling me how much he loved me and etc..he says they are just friends and I honestly don't think they are doing anything. And lastnight we got into a argument because he was all worried that she was mad at him because they haven't talked in a week..that really irritated me. What should I do?? Her boyfriend went on vacation and she was all buddy buddy with her neighbor so she makes me uncomfortable..and he always turns this on me like I'm in the wrong.

Okay so my husbands sister is 25, i'm 22 and he's 24. My husband and I use to live with his father because he had Cancer and needed someone to live with him and help him with his medicine, cooking and cleaning..etc. He passed away last september we moved out into our apartment and we have a child on the way and he's due in May:) he will be our first. We both work i'm a daycare teacher and he's a machinest..His sister also lived at his dads at the time, she is a wild one..she doesn't work and she has alot handed to her..My husband got a phone call that was in an accident today and her car was impounded, she wasn't by the scene when the cops showed up so they said that she fled the scene..also she has NO insurance, she's been in jail before..what do you think she will get for this,will they have her serve time?

I been with my husband for 5 years, we are having our first child in May:) Anyways his mother was dating this man for a while and all of sudden he left her she was having problems paying her bills so my husband started paying her cell phone bill that way it would help her out. She started going online and talking to men well she met this guy who was a total con man, i told her a 1,000 times that he was but she wouldn't listen, he had her send him pakages that were sent to her house from all different states! well cops cam and she found out the hard way that he was a scam artist...she called me 2 days ago and told me she gave him 1,000 dollars i was very shocked and ill because were trying to get everything for our son to be born and save up while i am on maternity leave and she just gave some stranger a thousand dollars! -she only knew him for like 3weeks..Well now shes talking to another guy online..i don't think she will ever learn.

Do i have a right to be mad?

Also she hasn't offered to get our son anything or seems interested of him.

How do you know what formula too use? do they tell you at the hopspital?

I'm 30 weeks right now:) i'm having a boy, he's very active:D I work a daycare center and i get to sit down alot with the childen..I haven't had a bad pregancy like some of my friend's have...I want to work till i'm 39 weeks...is this a good idea?

Okay so i am 21 (i'll be 22 in march) my husband is 23..he will be 24 in may. Anyways he has a pretty good job and makes decent money, he's a machinist. I work at a daycare and i have been for 4 years, i love my job very much, but the hours are not 100% reliable, we are having our first child in may:) I want to go to school to be a STNA. The class starts in June..right after i have the baby, it's Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-9:45pm my husband will be home in time to be with him while i am in school..the class is only for 4 weeks...do you think this is a good idea, does this make me a bad mother to start school a few weeks after i have him??

So i was just wondering sothe day you start coutning such as weeks along you are is that the day that you became preg???

Okay so i'm 26 weeks right now:) I'm having a boy in MAY:) My first one, we are so excited!<3.

Anyways when i went to get everything measured they said he was 6 days ahead,does this really make a difference on when i will have him...do most babys that measure ahead come early or no??
